truthofsin Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with receiving theirs? I pre-ordered mine the week of the Manchester show and chased it up with WrestleTalk at the end of August as i still hadnt received it. I figured there may well have been a delay or something, it happens. I received a response a couple of days later informing they had all been sent out some time ago. But they will ask the distributor to mail me another, and it shoudl be with me by Wednesday at the latest. If not, contact them again and they'll chase it up. 3 weeks pass and nothing, so i email them again 8 days ago and have had no response.
Paid Members herbie747 Posted October 2, 2014 Paid Members Posted October 2, 2014 Why would you pre-order? If you order when it's released, at least Paypal will cover you for 45 days. It's not as if there'll be stock issues like the Heyman DVD/Bluray. The guy can just leg it down to Maplins to buy more DVDRs.

Pre-ordered because i had the cash at the time and the event was ran well. Didn't see it as a problem, unlike that Wolfpac mess last year.

I'd probably kick up a fuss on their Facebook page, or hassle Alex Shane directly. Maybe Tweet Jim Cornette too - he won't like the bad PR. Or get a phone number for anyone involved with it/Wrestletalk and keep calling until you get sorted. Not that I'm suggesting any of that - but that's what I'd do, since you have no comeback with Paypal because you paid cash. But your e-mails are being ignored, which is really ignorant IMO - so make noise until you are heard. And keep mentioning the name of the person who is ignoring your mails (i.e. the person who responded to you), so people know where to direct the blame and who is messing you around & ignoring you. So I'd do all of that, non-stop (ie. tweet every 20mins to Cornette, Wrestletalk, and Alex, keep calling them - is there contact info on your receipt?, keep posting on their FB page), and all in tandem, and I bet it'll be sorted by close of business today. https://www.facebook.com/WrestletalkTV https://twitter.com/WrestleTalk_TV https://twitter.com/TheJimCornette http://wrestletalk.tv/contact.php (e-mail all addresses)
truthofsin Posted October 2, 2014 Author Posted October 2, 2014 Yeah, the initial replay weeks ago seemed fair enough. But then to not have it turn up as promised since i wasn't impressed with, nor the lack of response to my recent email to them. So i thought i'd post here to see if it's just me, or if anyone else has had the same problems.
bedeburn139 Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I had a load of problems with getting my tour DVD's delays, excuses etc. so starting kicking up a massive fuss. That sorted it quick enough. I want to see the tour documentary but because of the problems they won't be getting any more of my money. If anyone has a second hand copy which they're finished with drop me a pm and we can sort a deal.

Agreed - and remember to mention the name of the person who initially replied to you. Be specific, so they have some form of reference. Give dates too.
WyattSheepMask Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 What happened with the "wolfpac" fiasco, where are the DVD's? Still in the packaging at ASDA waiting to be used. Everyone got taken for a ride on that Wolfpac tour

Everyone got taken for a ride on that Wolfpac tour LOL I don't use cheap n nasty Asda DVDR'S. So nothing was filmed? was a bit of "photoshop" and paypal and whatever else. Or pay us more money for us to talk more, fund our hotel stay/food else we no-show and go home?
SpacedNSpangled Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Personally all these live tours should do this.. When the show is over take names, numbers, money, all fans get a digital recording instantly of the shows they have attended on a specialized usb stick. simfylive.com does this for audio so what's the problem doing this for video?
