I know it's a little bit naff, but it's a five minutes of silly fun that the twelve year old in me still loves.  I'd pick his IC title tournament final match against Faarooq at Badd Blood as his worst. I haven't watched it for a while, but I remember it being a shitty heel versus heel match with Owen winning after Austin nailed Faarooq with the IC title.
