IWF Posted February 9, 2013 Author Posted February 9, 2013 The first match to be announced is a mainstay of IWF over it's long run, and is the Cuffed Chaos match. This staple of IWF sees 6 competitors in this match, 2 begin the match while the other 4 are handcuffed outside the ring. At timed intervals they are each released. Elimination rules are in place throughout the match and the winner is the last one standing after all competitors have been released and eliminated.  The 6 IWF names for this match will be:  ROBBIE RYDER Former North East Champion Former Tag Team Champion 2005 Character of the Year 2007 Tag Team of the Year 2007 Match of the Year 2007 Wrestler of the Year 2008 Tag Team of the Year 2009 Match of the Year 2009 Fans' Wrestler of the Year 2011 Match of the Year 2011 Wrestler of the Year  LEWIS 'THE DRAGON' CHAMBERS Former North East Champion Former Junior Champion 2008 Most Improved Wrestler 2008 Fans' Wrestler of the Year 2009 Match of the Year  BRETT EAGLE Former Tag Team Champion Former Junior Champion Former North East Champion 2009 Rookie of the Year 2010 Tag Team of the Year 2011 Tag Team of the Year  KATSU Former North East Champion Former Junior Champion Former Tag Team Champion 2009 Junior of the Year 2010 Character of the Year 2010 Match of the Year  KITTY MORGAN Former North East Champion 2011 Most Improved Wrestler  EL PELIGRO Former Junior Champion 2007 Junior of the Year 2008 Junior of the Year  With 5 former North East champions, 4 former Junior champions or 3 former Tag Team champions whichever way you want to look at it all 6 IWF names have proved themselves in their respective ways. All classed as underdogs in the early stages and gone on to stand alone as someone the crowd wanted to see and improving each time they were seen. Also it should be noted that all members have shown very little fear of picking up the pace or even taking to the air, so don't just keep your eyes peeled but try not to blink.
nufc1985 Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 This show really does not surprise me, I don
Ross Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 I remember going to an IWF show years back. There was a heel manager who I think was called Eric Scarborough or something similar? Anyways he came out dressed as Mankind and all the kids were going nuts until he ripped the mask off. Great stuff.
nufc1985 Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 Any chance of a return from Jordan and Joey Wright?, Jordan had some amazing matches in the past.
IWF Posted February 18, 2013 Author Posted February 18, 2013 The latest match to be officially confirmed will be a LAST MAN STANDING match. The 2 competitors for this match will be:  PAULY C Former IWF Champion Former Tag Team Champion 2006 Rookie of the Year 2007 Character of the Year 2007 Most Improved Wrestler 2007 Tag Team of the Year 2008 Tag Team of the Year 2008 Match of the Year 2009 Best Mic & Creative Skills 2009 Character of the Year 2009 Wrestler of the Year  'UNBREAKABLE' BOBBY JACKSON Former North East Champion Former Tag Team Champion 2004 Most Improved Wrestler 2005 Match of the Year  In what is already suspected to become to most brutal match of the night we will see 'The Charva MC' Pauly C showcase his uncanny ability to absorb punishment and deal it back out in kind to another legend of IWF's history in 'Unbreakable' Bobby Jackson. Bobby has also proved himself time and again to not only accept brutality but embrace it. So in this match of 2 of IWF's hardest ever hitters and most resilient personalities, will Bobby Jackson be able to silence the Charva MC for longer than anyone before or will Pauly C show us all the limitations of exactly how 'unbreakable' Bobby Jackson really is?
IWF Posted February 23, 2013 Author Posted February 23, 2013 Any chance of a return from Jordan and Joey Wright?, Jordan had some amazing matches in the past. Â Whilst an invitation to the Wright brothers has been sent, unfortunately they are currently not expected to be at this show. Â But, as always, card is subject to change!
IWF Posted March 12, 2013 Author Posted March 12, 2013 The newest announcement regarding the card has been revealed in a triple threat match featuring three IWF alumni that have been entwined together in the annuls of IWF's history in some of the greatest matches and feuds ever seen within IWF. The three wrestlers picked for this match are:  ADAM CHRIST Former IWF Champion Former Tag Team Champion 2004 Character of the Year 2006 Most Improved Wrestler  HARRISON BRAND Former North East Champion Former Tag Team Champion 2007 Rookie of the Year  RD WOOD Former North East Champion Former Junior Champion 2009 Match of the Year  From working their way up through the ranks of IWF together from the junior academy these three have gone through many stages, including from friends, tag team partners and bitter rivals. Just a brief example of these feuds would be that Harrison Brand shaved Adam Christ's head bald, RD Wood smashed a beer bottle over Harrison's girlfriend's head, Harrison defeated RD Wood in a Loser Leaves IWF match forcing him out, and in turn Adam Christ defeated Harrison Brand in a Loser Leaves IWF match forcing him out also.  With multiple title reigns between all three, the cream of IWF home-grown talent will go at it once again to find out once and for all who is the greatest of that class.
IWF Posted March 25, 2013 Author Posted March 25, 2013 In a change to the already announced line-up, Kitty Morgan has been taken from the Cuffed Chaos match and is to be replaced by one of IWF's favoured guests over the years. Adding to the already impressive collection of men in the Cuffed Chaos match, this ever-impressive wrestler will no doubt ensure every other participant in the match will have to raise their game to new heights. IWF are proud to announce the addition of:  MICKY LONG 2007 Match of the Year 2011 Match of the Year  With his talent of stealing the spotlight and the show, Micky Long's addition will enforce this match's status from being potential match of the night to becoming a must-see match that could very well become one of the greatest matches in IWF's long history.
IWF Posted April 8, 2013 Author Posted April 8, 2013 Due to reasons far beyond our control this event has now been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to anyone.
Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted April 8, 2013 Paid Members Posted April 8, 2013 RD WOOD Former North East Champion Former Junior Champion 2009 Match of the Year I suppose now he should be called "RD Wont".
