Notes:

The D1 and D2 tables have been updated and are on the first post.

Division One

Fenerbahce top the table on goal difference ahead of Wolfsburg, who have played an extra game. Udinese and Bordeaux remain the only unbeaten teams in the division, with Udinese in particular having a good chance of reaching the top of the table if they win their games in hand. At the bottom, Lazio jump off of the bottom and out of the relegation zone after winning both their games this week with Schalke taking their place having yet to gain a point thus far.

The most notable game this week is the clash between the only two unbeaten sides in the division this season as wmxxx's Bordeaux side faces bumclasshero's Udinese. Will someone suffer their first defeat this season, or will it be a draw? Bordeaux also face another tough game this week as last season's top two clash as Bordeaux and PSG face each other. Last season wmxxx's Athletico Madrid side beat Tildeguy's Chelsea in a crunch game towards the end of the season. Second place Wolfsburg face Udinese this week in what looks to be a tough clash, whilst leaders Fenerbahce face strugglers Spartak and mid-table Newcastle. Sunderland have a chance to get back in the hunt this week as Lawz faces old foe Tildeguy's PSG side, with Lawz losing late on in a seven goal thriller last season in a game which ended 4-3 to Tildeguy's Chelsea.

Bottom of the table Schalke face second bottom Besiktas in what already looks to be an important game for both sides early on in the season, with Beskitas also facing early strugglers Lazio in a game which earned match of the week honours last season in the first week as Bushwacker's Spurs side drew 3-3 against TUFCfan's Napoli side.

In games decided upon from week one (Spartak-Newcastle and Besiktas-Bordeaux), both overall were seen as 0-0 draws though it was a tight decision for at least one of them.

Division Two

Genoa have upped their game and have moved to the top of the table this week. Fulham move in to second with two games in hand over Genoa. Palermo are in third whilst Bilbao slip to fourth after another poor week. Blackburn have got underway but are currently bottom of the table on goal difference over Bolton, though both sides still have games to catch up on.

With Genoa having already played Athletic Bilbao, Bilbao need to try and gain their first week's momentum back in a tough game against Werder Bremen, who are currently 5th. Fulham could move top if they win against rohpete's Stoke and/or returning Metallica's Sporting. Palermo will be hoping to move up to the automatic places as they face bottom placed Blackburn and unbeaten CSKA this week (though CSKA have only played one game thus far). Blackburn face another tough opponent this week in current leaders Genoa, though that'll have to wait until later in the week when Nexus returns from being away. All of the bottom half have games to catch up on so the table could look a lot different next week if these are played.

In the one game that needed to be decided upon from week one, Stoke were handed a 2-0 win due to fact Blackburn didn't play for almost two weeks until they were taken over by CW11, but this needed to be decided upon to prevent a fixture pileup for both sides.

fulham 0-1 Sporting

Vukcevic 6

In what was quite dull encounter Sporting ended fulhams 3 match win streak, goal came early from a long punt from the keeper outwide and the cross came in which was smashed home on the half volley

both sides had a few good chances with Johnson missing a 1 on 1 chance but Sporting held firm, they dominated possesion but Fulham had more shots with just 1 on target. maybe deserved a point but i didnt play well at all.
