Lawz
Sorry to hijack the thread, does anyone know if Kodak are any good with their cheaper ink? They advertised it heavily one year "print and prosper" I think they called it.

I bought a Kodak printer specifically because of how cheap their ink is and the printer was pretty good value too.
Vito
Nowadays it's cheaper to buy a brand new printer (which often come with a black and a colour cartridge) than it is to buy new cartridges for your current machine.
Paid Members MoChatra Posted May 21, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted May 21, 2011 Some big-time scamming goes on by printer manufacturers. Back around April 2009, I bought both black and colour cartridges for my HP printer. By July, the printer was telling me to replace the cartridges. I ignored the messages, figuring there's no way the ink could have been used that quickly (I don't use the printer too often). I've only just replaced the cartridges, nearly two years after I was supposed to have changed them. Wankers.

Warren Powell
At work, we have Canon, Epson and HP printers. And all 3 have that same issue. Â But out of the 3 the Epson prints the best photographs. Â Lexmark are death.
dangerously420
I got a leaflet through the door from a wholesale print cartridge supplier. If you set up an account with them and do a regular amount of toner reorders they will give you a free laser printer. I fancy doing it if it is cost effective. I am going to read up more on it.
