You might've already seen the table in the new thread, and it's been updated since the middle of yesterday anyway while the final scores went into the original post on Monday night. Quite low scoring this time considering it was a double round. Lowest scorer snowman dave is far from embarrassed with 8 points, but at the other end of the scale the suddenly-competent brownie got 21 points which equates to bearly breaking into double figures in a normal week. Again there was quite a bit of movement around the middle, but not where it matters. The gap at the bottom is reduced again, but by only 3 points in a week when loads were on offer, which is probably not going to be enough to stop sivy finishing last.

You may have noticed it's already closer to Thursday than Tuesday, so let's be brief about the results: somewhat randomly the score draw at New Douglas Park and the 'home' win at Kingsmeadow were best for three-pointers, while Arsenal losing at the Reebok, Yeovil getting a point at London Road and the Blades' comeback in a five-goal thriller at the Madejski - all in the second half of the card - proved the most likely to catch people out. The other 15 games ended up as something of a curate's egg, being quite fruitful for one-pointers, but not universally so. Nobody foresaw 6 goals being shared at the Pirelli Stadium, for instance.

Some of the best leagues in Europe (and the SPL) end after 38 rounds, but not our FPL. We're soldiering on for a bit longer, as you'll have probably seen by now in the other thread, which includes the penultimate D2D of the campaign.
