That you went blank?  Must have been great having Randy Couture in your fucking college. When I went to college we were just grateful if the sandwich girl turned up. Her tits looked better than Randy's ears though so it wasn't all bad.  Couture vs Rizzo 1 is an all time classic. That and the Nogueira fight were the best fights of Randy's career. His best performance was probably the first Chuck Liddell fight or Sylvia. No-one saw them type of dominant wins coming.

To be fair he was very well spoken about any questions relating to MMA and sensed staright away that he was in a place where most knew nothing about MMA as the guy from the college introduced him as a former WWF wrestler which rasied a smile from Randy and he talked about MMA in nice simple terms not going too overboard with the techincal aspects. WWF wrestler  I still wish the Fedor fight had happened back in 2007 when it was at it's hottest. Straight after the Gonzaga fight that was the fight the world wanted. Imagine if they'd put that on UFC 79? Randy vs Fedor and Chuck vs Wanderlei on the same card would have been massive.

I thought it was UFC's best PPV of 2011 so far with two to go.  Yeah it should have been there. 132 was fucking great, apart from the Wanderlei 30 second KO. I voted UFC 129 out of the options there.  UFC 139 had a better main event by far but as a whole card 129 was ridiculous. On 1 night we got:  A spinning backfist KO (Makdessi) A flying triangle submission (Garza) A standing elbow KO (Menjivar) A 20 second KO (Matyushenko) Rory's triple German suplex on Diaz A 5 round war with Aldo/Hominick A great technical fight between Bendo and Bocek And a bastard crane kick from Machida  If you could take out the GSP/Shields jabfest and replace it with the Hendo/Shogun fight then 129 is probably the greatest MMA card of all time. UFC 129 was probably my second favourite UFC PPV of the year while 136 is probably my third favourite.
