Hardly any of these are single incidents, and some of them (particularly Batista-Undertaker) are nothing more than two guys having a series of matches. Two of them (Save US/161) were little more than ambiguous coded stuff to make internet fans cream themselves but didn't actually draw any money, while whatever case you could put for the Vince death one was blown apart by the payoff.
