If questioning a bloke asking for donations as he isn’t able to work due to unproven injuries and then less then a week later coming out and saying “cheers for the dosh, I’ve got a full time job now” whilst also getting paid to do podcasts talking about the incident is sickening victim shaming then you need to get out more.

If you think it's all a work, or he's making it up to profit then thats fine, but you don't need to mention it every second post on this thread.

I think it's disgusting what happened to him. Bodom, Quildan and to a lesser extent Sha should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. and the former blackballed from the scene, and I don't particularly think anyone should go to any Quildan promoted shows, because giving him money just seems incredibly stupid.

  2. yeah, his replies to both the talent, and the people tweeting about it do him no favours what so ever, and he's obviously a bit of a dick but the original complaint has been blown out of all proportion - he wanted a phone number for someone he is paying to work for him... that's not unreasonable.

and for talent to pull out, out of 'solidarity' is flipping ridiculous. virtue signalling much.

they're making him look as if he was a sex pest that was gonna send nudes or something - there is no evidence thats the case, although the way he's asked for her number, and the replies since show, quite clearly, that something is very wrong with this person.

  3. 9/11 I was in school. I think we were told in class, but I don't think I had a clue what WTC was, or how massive an event it was until I got home and saw coverage, reports etc.

Diana - my sister and me were staying at my dad's the Saturday night, she woke me up Sunday morning to tell me. I could not have cared less but I think I probably pretended to be sad about it.

I wasn't being fully serious. It's just habit, I've watched it for years, it's kind of what I do every Tuesday.

I mean, I've had weeks where I've not particularly enjoyed Raw, and thought it wasn't a great show, but if you're at the stage where you dislike it every week, can't get excited about it, hate the wrestling on the show, find it stale and feel the need to express how poor you find it online, you're probably at the stage where you shouldn't watch.

There must be something else on, or something else to do on a Tuesday that you'd enjoy more.

  5. I thought Raw was really good this week! several good matches, decent time given to the horsewomen tag. Austin brought a level of star power to the show, Styles was on good form, as per.

I suspect that the 11:19 reference is just the bible verse 11;19, and that's his version of the Austin 3:16 thing. I have him showing up on sunday to ruin the main event, so it's a no contest or DQ finish or something. I think he'll go after Braun.

Josh Bodom on the outside with the knee and some stiff looking strikes on the video I saw was shite however apart from the knee I struggle to see something I would anticipate causing any injury. Still particularly the knee is out of order.

With regards to Sha, the slam is hardly a slam, its like a slowly paced placement onto the mat.

I'm not condoning it, if the ref hasn't wanted to be touched, hasn't agreed to it on the fly and he's done it anyway then it's also not on.

The thing for me that's ruining the credibility of the ref are the countless reports of people saying he looked and seemed physically fine, he was laughing and joking with Sha, he refereer another match afterwards then made no mention of it to anybody for a week.

I just feel thats highly contradictive of his "I am seriously injured, am unable to ever referee again and can't even work my day job, here's my PayPal" stance.

It's right that Bodom is gone, the knee alone is a cowardly way to try and give a real dig to the ref whose job is to count a shoot 3 and its the wrestlers responsibility to kick out. If the ref just said that in any other scenario in the world that would be an assault and Bodom would be up in court for it so he wanted him out of the company then fine however as as I say my opinion on it is that once hes started making what seem to be outlandish claims about being injured it just kills all credibility for me.

Also, surely I cannot be the only person cringing at pretend toughmen tweeting alluding to wanting to beat up a wrestler in a worked fight.

Is there a possibility of delayed concussion? much like Steve Smith suffered with last week?

If its true please elaborate Ricc

It was when he was over for a 1PW show. he arrived a day before most of the other imports, I was charged with taking him somewhere for dinner. As I recall, the night turned into the next morning, monged on the floor of Scorpio's hotel room. I was a write off for about 3 days. he just kept going.

  8. I'd HAVE to go to a Wrestlemania in Vegas. that would be AMAZING.

on topic - Raw was decent again. It's been better the last few weeks. Sasha's return was very well done, the bloke shouting you look so good baby was hilarious. Good to see Braun mixing it up in the main event scene again, I love Braun Strowman, me.

  9. I enjoyed Takeover, not as barn burning as previous efforts but a decent show. the main event was full of ridiculous kick outs and not selling of supposedly high impact moves, might be personal preference but i dont like that style much.

I think, on this occasion, the main Summerslam card was better than Takeover, which hasn't happened for ages.

  10. don't know what theyre thinking with Rollins - I'm presuming the intention is to make him look heroic, never give up sort of attitude, but it doesn't come across like that. he just looked like a complete idiot for hobbling down to the ring to take another beating.

guys like Goldberg, Taker, Brock, HBK when they show up have more star power in their little finger than the likes of Seth could ever wish to have.

all that said, I enjoyed Raw again. decent show. didn't drag on. didn't feel like I'd been watching for 365 hours when it finished, thats 2 or 3 weeks now it's been decent. Paul Heyman effect paying off.

  11. I thought it was a decent show this week. not enamoured with the Bliss/Cross/Lynch debacle but the rest of it ranged from decent to excellent.

tag match was good, gauntlet was good, Brock was sensational, end segment was ace. can take or leave the 24/7 stuff, but I am intrigued as to where the Maria/Mike Kannellis thing goes so it must be working.
