This could be utter carnage but I was thinking last night about the Smackers side of things and I really like the idea of a mega-multi-man match. I'm thinking an eight-way. It would be never before seen, I think, which is great for Mania. It would gte a load of guys on the show, which they love to do. It would look great on a poster and it would give D-Bry 7 blokes to sound off on. I'd add Rey and Almas to the elimination Chamber match and go D-Bry vs. Joe. vs. Orton vs. Hardy vs. Ali vs. Rey vs. Andrade vs. Styles. I'm even liking the idea of a ladder match.

I bring it up because when I thought about it, I thought you then need to shore up the card elsewhere. Pat's idea above would solve that. Only argument against that is that it might dilute the main a bit. Plus Charlotte, as good as she is, does fuck all for me.

They have done 8 way MITB matches at 'Mania before. but I'm on board with that. would be a terrific match.

  2. moments like that are the reason so many of us continue to watch WWE weel in week out despite it's many and obvious failings - what a finish - BRILLIANT segment from Becky and Ronda.

surely to god, no one catch watch that and think it needs Charlotte.

I'll be SO disappointed if it's a triple threat. we've seen Becky Vs Charlotte, we've seen Ronda vs Charlotte - we want Becky Vs Ronda.

That looks like what they were trying for, but neither of them seemed to know how to actually pull the move off.

I thought the Rousey/Bliss/Jax/Banks segment was really poor. Rousey was trying (really badly) to make Banks seem more important and more of a threat than what she has been treated recently, and the crowd did not seem to be anywhere near as behind Banks as it seems WWE wanted them to be.

The Lesnar/Strowman stuff was awful as well. Strowman has apparently not been cleared for any physical action, but that does not forgive the terrible promo work from him and the poor writing for him.

he took so long getting his words out I thought he'd forgotten his lines.

Yes but do you REALLY want to watch that brand of football week in and week out? Surely watching football isn't just about winning. Especially when you support a club where you have been fortunate enough to see them win everything.

If Mourinho didn't buy the players he wanted then why did he buy them in the first place? This notion that he didn't have the players he wanted is insane. I can imagine Ed Woodward FaceTiming him at 4am with "Jose! Wake up! I'm buying Pogba tomorrow. Soz mate."

it's frustrating for sure, Ive regularly screamed at the TV for Utd to create something, or push on but football is about winning, and generally, Jose wins. we've spent the last 5 years watching Moyes and Van Gaal's United teams - I'd take Jose's team and all that entails before I went back to either of those.

I don't think Mourinho has been completely backed.

It doesn't work. It didn't work last season and it's not worked this season. In his first season he put all his eggs in one basket to get Champions League qualification and the gamble paid off. Nobody cares about the League Cup.

'Toxic wasters' like Sanchez and Pogba weren't such a thing before they came to United. Coincidence? No.

I don't know, the League Cup isn't important true, but its a trophy, and he won the Europa League and got back into the champions league, and last year they were second, in a year no one could forsee, or catch that Man City team.

obviously Jose shoulders some of the blame for the attitude some of the team have, and the atmosphere at the club but I'd still err on the side of having the proven trophy winner in charge with players he wants.

now they've gone this way hopefully whoever is appointed can get Pogba and Alexis et al performing as we all know theyre capable of. if it doesn't work and these players leave anyway, it makes the sacking pointless.

Reinvest it in more players to cement his tedious brand of anti-football. Honestly amazes me that people wanted to see more of that.

quite true that it's not brilliant to watch, but it works. he won the league cup, and the europa league, and last season they were 'the best of the rest' behind a Man City side that steam rollered the entire competition.

I'm probably biased, because I like Mourinho, but I think they should have kept him and binned off the toxic wasters in the squad, like Pogba, and Alexis.

  7. I'm disappointed they've made this decision. I said to my mate last night that it feels like they have to make a decision one way or the other - back their man, sell Pogba, and reinvest with players he wants, or if you think Jose has lost the dressing room and the problems are his doing, then sack him, keep Pogba and see if a new man can get a tune out of him and his sulky team mates.

I think they should have taken the first option, personally.

Giving Ronda a 1-1 record. Urgh, welcome to club 50-50, etc. I was so hyped for Rousey after WrestleMania and now I barely care. If she kills Nia in about 40 seconds and goes on to beat everybody except Charlotte for the next 9 months leading to her against Flair at Mania next year, I’m back on board. I struggle to think what else will redeem this.

The whole 'friendship' is so un natural, and forced it appears to be massively telegraphed as to what will happen but maybe I don't give them enough credit. we'll see though.

  9. The Nia Jax/Rousey thing was bizarre - no idea what theyre going for.

Jax didn't even cause the injury - it was done when Natalya was running the ropes - Jax just was just checking on her and Rousey got proper short with her. it made no sense.

  10. I love JR, but his handling of sensitive subjects is quite poor.

He disrespected the family of the woman Snuka was accused of killing.

    The aformentioned Benoit funeral clanger.

He also made a disgusting remark about Heath Ledger at Mania 25.

And now shilling his podcast after his wife just died.

    Carny or what

    jesus wept.

    WUM much?

  11. Everyone in the wrestling business is trained to put business first. Jerry Lawler using his mother's death as a storyline. And his heart attack. JR was involved with an angle about his palsy in the 90s.

Wrestlers and people in the biz are a different breed.

You'd be well served to leave this subject the fuck alone now.

you're talking shite and its starting to rile people. kindly shut the fuck up you fucking prick.

  12. I've been single just over a year since my ex upped and left. cos shes nice like that.

I seem to have developed a less than ideal habit of developing feelings for girls that are already with someone else. its a real sickener.

  13.

It's not like I'm finding obscure ways to talking about crushing pussy in Raw reviews

    But if you did...

"Opening match was fantastic! Couldn't believe they had 16 in the ring at the same time. I barely had sex with more than 16 girls last week. Just saying.

What are they doing with Ambrose?! What a waste, what's he doing tossing soda and popcorn at Kevin Owens? I had to go and toss myself at a woman to try and forget about their mistreatment of him. She loved it.

Divas stuff was alright. I'd give those divas a chance.

The Lucha Dragons/New Day match was good. I have sex with lots of women.

Can't believe Paige slapped Ric Flair! I'd let her slap me. Couldn't get that thought out of my head so went and had four girls at once. For Ric.

I can't follow this whole Rusev and Lana thing, and what's Ryback got to do with it? Lana's not as good as she was last year, still, I've had a few like her this month. Where's my Accolade?

You can tell Adam Rose has never been near a proper rosebush in his life. Unlike me. Rosebush means girl parts.

Didn't really care about Swagger vs Stardust, bit irrelevant all round. I hope Stardust's not going to get that design tattooed on his face without paying his dues. That'd be a big mistake, which reminds me of the girl I hooked up with on tinder the other week.

Braun Strowman's a beast, he was squeezing Tommy Dreamer tighter than the girl I had on Thursday night.

That tater tots promo by Reigns at the end was hard to watch, I had to distract myself by thinking of the tater tots of the last girl I had, phwoar she was a cracker, also I call tits 'tater tots'. The Spear through the table was great though, a good end to the show and a good excuse for me to go out and spear a lady or two, which of course I did. Three, actually.

    I have sex. Lots."

There's a late contender for post of the year. brilliant.
