Hearing whispers that Dorries is set for a peerage so she can go to the Lords and Boris can stand in her seat next time as its a much stronger safe Tory seat.

    Are you Guido Fawkes?

Bing is a bit of a whingy git but some of the other characters are quite funny.

I was glad when my son started watching Ben and Holly, Nanny Plum is a great character.

Brum is great too, but that's not a cartoon.

Horses for courses, but none of the characters in bing are funny for me. They're all just simpering around that idiot child.

My theory for bing has always been that they've been abandoned by their parents and had psychotic breaks so they think their cuddly toys are their parents.

Saw an episode the other day where they tried to catch a frog and feed it lettuce. Squibs.

Edit: Amma from Bing is better than all other cartoon characters

Bing is the worst. A whiny, entitled, irritating little butterfly murderer WHICH ARE ENDANGERED. Flop has the patience of a saint.

Bing is exactly the kind of squib that Lucky's Dad warns us about.

  4. I've seen some mentions on here before, but in anticipation of season three, I thought a thread worth making

My house is a Bluey house. Our daughter is nearly two and regularly asks to watch Bluey and Hey Duggee because she is a woman of taste.

Camping is heart warming and wonderful. Baby race gave my wife some closure on her post natal depression. I recently read that The Show suggests that Bluey is a rainbow baby and unrelated, I got all misty thinking of something manly.

Why is Bluey the best? Is it just a Dad thing because Bandit is the Bryan Danielson of parenting?

They mentioned on the ROH PPV that Rush getting a shot because he’d won his last 10 matches in ROH & Mexico.

Its a strange way of justifying it, as if we’re counting wins in other companies then by that logic Roman Reigns should be due a shot having only lost once in nearly 3 years

To be fair, If Roman Reigns turned up to AEW, I'm pretty sure they'd give him a shot.

  6. Not too worried about the results, (man u beat Liverpool in pre season, they're unlikely to finish above them in the real world), nor the transfers yet, as there is still time, although Barca are doing their best to ruin everything.

What I'm more concerned about is Tuchel's prickliness. It's been a hard 6 months, and we need some stability. Him getting fed up and packing it in is one of the worst things that could happen right now

  7. How are the shareholders, or anyone else for that matter, going to stop him having regular conversations with people he's mentored and worked with for decades, including his own daughter? If he's going to influence decisions, that's how he's going to do it, over the phone, over text, over dinner.

He's not going to be full on running the company because he's physically not going to be there and he won't be in big meetings, but the high ups are almost exclusively people that won't say no to him when he calls them on the phone and tells them that Lacey Evans needs to turn baby face again.

I mean, I don’t know if idle speculation based on comics, for a film that won’t come out for 3 years, can really be considered spoilers, but if it does go this way and people might want to see it happen with completely fresh eyes, so…

I wonder, given there’s a Fantastic Four film between, how much they’ll take inspiration from the most recent comic version. Incursion between two universes with Strange helping Dr Doom fix it into one, but in his vision where Reed never existed and Sues kids are with him etc.

    Spoiler

Swap Doom with Kang, and I think that's probably where they're going.

Is he still a majority share holder?

Does his daughter and son in law still hold senior positions?

Is he still a mad ego driven mental case?

He has a precedent for "go away until it's gone quiet and we'll bring you back in" with a number of people on his books over the years with sexual misconduct allegations so I stand by my cynicism even if I do it in the hope I'm proven wrong.

Yeah I'm with Tommy on this. That majority shareholder thing is pretty massive, he still has final say on the major direction of the company.

That said, if something major is coming out, he might end up having to relinquish those shares. it may end up being a Roman Abramovich situation, give up a load of power in the hope the real stuff isn't stripped off him.

It's got absolutely no business being broadcast like a general election debate. The only thing that would make it fair would be giving other parties equal time to explain why all Tories are cunts no matter who's chosen, but only a handful would bother watching that.

If this was an option the other parties would be sensible not to take it. The Tories have come out so badly, particularly in the last one that they may as well have "the following is a party political broadcast for the Labour party" at the front.

And it will only be talked about on Twitter.

    Tory papers don't count.

I don't think there will be a problem with Sunaks race. People will go "those Asian fellas are so hard working and good with money. Plus he's so well spoken!"

It's still racism, but it won't do any harm to his chances

  12. I was expecting a title change in this match as it plays into the Bucks storyline about having no friends left and being down and out, with Page ultimately getting them through the funk. There's then a good story when Cole returns and another when Kenny does.

I for one found the first bits of the opener hilarious, and laughed most for the Best Friends not really understanding how to cheat, but I was glad the whole match wasn't about it and we got a good opener for the rest. Wardlow feels like he's getting back on track now, which is great. Having him repeatedly wrestle small, great workers is exactly what he should be doing.
