Why does that Mafia game deal need four seperate threads?

Not been on for a week, what on earth are they all about?

 

A poor version of the awesome face game - Mafia Wars.

Nothing like the facebook game Mafia Wars I'm afraid.

Kinda what Snake said, but strictly speaking there's 5 active topics.

1 - The pinned Mafia Mod topic, for people to mod the games.

2 - The Sign up thread for the current ongoing games

3 - The previous game that just finished (UKFF Mafia Scum 2)

4 - Mutiny On The High Seas is a Pirate themed Mafia game.

5 - Open Mafia is a more basic mafia game.

But the sign up thread and the previous game are due to disappear into the ether, the mod topic will hopefully stay pinned for people to mod games, while the two games currently running will obviously be jumping up and down like a mexican jumping bean for the next few weeks.

As for what they're about Keith, it's basically a game where a group of players sign up, the mod (in this case me) gives out the roles randomly and the town players have to try and rid the town of the scum, while the scum players group together and try and screw the town over to kill off the rest one at a time. You should read through the UKFF Mafia Scum 2 thread, it's a good bit of fun trying to work out who's scum, or trying to pretend you're town and conspire to kill people.

Hah, well yeah I suppose I can't deny being a flake. Although, this time it really was out of my hands. Back around now, for the next few days at least. Hope this no-show won't preclude me from entering a Mafia game in the future, but I won't sign up for one if I have any inkling I'm going to be gone for any length of time.

If it happens regularly I'll not let someone enter, but I'm fine with you entering another of my games, though I'd suggest if you enter one of the mini games I'll run after this, that you go for the basic one to get your feet wet properly.

It's like some people really don't seem able to have a female friend without being totally fanny-struck.

A fair few of my friends are female, and while I'm not head over heels for them all, I'm not stupid enough to say no if it was offered. I'm also not stupid enough to start posting on forums "Here's me and my fit mate".

Are people forgetting that he is 26 (apparently) and she is 18? And that they've been super best friends for about a year. How many 20 somethings on here would entertain the thought of befriending a teenager unless you wanted to smash them? And thats where the problem lies, if he'd just come out and said yeah i'm trying to fuck her, I think it would be more accepted.

I'm friends with a girl who should be turning 19 this year, and have known her for two years.

But then I only wound up friends with her because I accidentally tried to stop her killing herself (Work that fucker out). By the same token she's hot and if I had the chance I would. The flaw is I'm a fat ugly fucker and have about as much chance of scoring with her as I do of finding a Pot Noodle that actually tastes good.

I've done a bit of reading up on it, and it's called Dysuria and it's caused by STD's (one hopes not), or a Urinary Tract Infection (one hopes not, again), or Friction within the urethra (that's what I'm shooting for). It's quite common, apparently.

What WWE themes by licensed bands were recorded but never used on TV?

 

A friend said Drowning Pool performed the song the Game for the Wrestlemania 18 entrance only.

 

Im pretty sure Triple H used this theme on more than one occasion on a Raw for instance but cant remember when.

It was only used for WrestleMania, if I recall correctly.

 

Many of the tracks on the WWF Aggression CD never made it to TV, and if they did, it wasn't for long - examples include the Big Show's track and The Rock's, which were only on for a couple of weeks, maximum. Others lasted for a while, such as Run DMC's take on the DX theme. Similarly, Saliva recorded King of my World for Chris Jericho, but it wasn't used for long. He did enter to it at Survivor Series 2002 at MSG when Saliva performed it live from The World.

 

Kinda shame really why do themes idf they re not going to be used? Alough least Austins was on their regulary and Dudleyz. Alough Litas I remember always used. That Game one is quite cool and Im sure it was on one Raw as they advertised the cd around the time.

Speaking of Austin though, didn't "Hell Yeah" which was on (I think) WWF The Music Vol 4. Get made for him, only to be turned down by him afterwards?

Utter idiocy of the year perhaps. A good spot is one which makes you take notice, but also keeps the workers as safe as possible. Jumping from that height and slamming your feet (and then ass because you nailed it wrong) into the opponents chest hard might make people take notice, but it definitely doesn't keep either worker safe, in fact it does the opposite and puts the one being jumped on in a dangerous position, while the one doing the jumping was lucky that she didn't do in her leg, or smash her face into something.

So no, definitely not spot of the year unless you're judging spots based on how stupid they are to even think up, let alone attempt.

Funnily enough he's in the TEW mod I've been playing, I only noted it because I was searching for a couple of large heavyweights and his was so poor it stuck out. The specific quoting from the game is:

"Obese wrestler who has problems even moving around the ring and struggles to work a 3 minute match. He worked on an early TNA ppv but was not asked back. As bad as his ability is he gets bookings based on his novelty appeal."

So it does indeed sound like he only had the one match and never returned. Though I will admit that a custom TEW database isn't wholely reliable for information, it's at least a step in the right direction.

Just was more wondering why ye'd pay for it when you can play it online free regardless (and I'm sure you could take the flash file and transfer it to the iPhone normally and thus play it that way through the web browser, even if you don't connect online with it).
