That was the same day Jonathan Davis was ill so Korn had Corey Taylor/M Shadows etc fill in on vocals.

Brilliant day.

That was the day after, actually, but yeah, lot of fun. Especially Corey Taylor messing up the words to Freak on a Leash.

That's fairer and less cunty than it appeared to be from the way you phrased it at first.

And yeah, that stuff at the ROH shows was horrible. I remember people arguing about it on here at the time, with some dickheads pulling out the "they hear worse in the playground" line, and rightly being shot down for not being able to see a difference between kids overhearing a swear word and a room full of adults shouting at kids to shut the fuck up.

Also the little kids shouting at the wrestlers did my head in. Swearing with the crowd in a cockney accent. It felt like something you'd see in your local town hall.

God forbid kids have cockney accents when they're from London and act like they're at a wrestling show when they're at a wrestling show. I know FOH was a smark-aimed supershow, but what do you want them to do, turn the kids away at the door? Or should the parents be phoning the venue first to make sure it's not a special event for weird internet men?

2/3 for really good episodes this series. I liked that they didn't have him just stumble across the Tardis at the end, too. Gives us something different to start next week. That's all that's needed to keep things fresh now and then, just little tweaks on the usual tropes.

Something interesting's been pointed out (I forget where) - Clara's Victorian birthdate is the same date as the airdate for the first episode (and thus possibly the 50th). No idea if that'll lead to anything.

10 matches. Tons of Funk (yep that's their name now)/Funkadactyls vs Rhodes Scholars/Bellas was announced yesterday.

I saw, and had mentioned that match before I reworded the post. I was trying to say it'd be full up even if one match does get bumped. It's gonna be Attitude Era times at this rate. I think Punk/Taker might end up being pretty short.

I was only just watching Wrestlemania X7 the other day and remembering the word going round school about Vince buying WCW. We had an IT lesson that morning and half the class was basically counting down the seconds til we got free time at the end so we could rush onto wwf.com and see what had gone down. And then we had to wait til Friday for Raw. Kids today, don't know they're born.

They're pretty keen on being live every other week, otherwise I'd absolutely agree with that. Maybe it's a testing-the-water thing to see if they can do a taping on Wrestlemania weekend in the future.

Venue for that looks bloody gorgeous, too.

Slick but intimate. Would love to see the TNA setup for it if anyone of our Wrestlemania trippers are going.
