No it isn't. It's a Smackdown tapings spoiler. Smackdown isn't on TV til Friday, so people who wanted to see that and be surprised haven't even had a chance to watch it.

Samuel Anderson announced as recurring character Danny Pink for series 8. Facebook page immediately fills with responses along the lines of "If you needed a black, why didn't you just bring back Mickey?" Thankfully they've mostly been shouted down since.
-
It says spoilers in the topic headings.
Â
Spoilers for Raw. This is the Raw thread. "Spoilers" in the heading isn't free rein to spoil everything.

I had a veggie scotch egg at the weekend (some kind of mushroom thing instead of meat), the egg was practically soft-boiled. Very nice.

I know exactly what people mean RE Wyatt and the title, but if the act stays hot and the opportunity's there, it could be a great chase for a month or two. He's always on about kings and crowns, he could totally sell a title match with that stuff. I'm thinking an unsuccessful challenge, for what it's worth.
-
Dunno about Ambrose ending up as the permanent bridesmaid. Guess it depends if Tripe H is as high on him as he was before he got called up. I guess it's difficult to have too many guys near the top with only one world title, though, and I'm thinking we see Bryan, Reigns and maybe Wyatt buzzing around the belt before the end of the year, not to mention the obvious ones like Batista, Cena and Lesnar. Not much room at the top nowdays.

The previously very healthy tag division is taking a hit, isn't it? I know PTP weren't setting the world on fire, but that's them gone with the Shield and the Real Americans surely soon to follow. Do we reckon they'll just let it be, or will we get some teams coming up from NXT?
Â
EDIT: went off from what I wanted to say there. The Shield/Wyatts stuff has been top class and I can't wait for the match. Agree with Ian that it's Wrestlemania level, and a Shield triple-threat would work well at Extreme Rules, but I guess they want Reigns' big win over the other two on the big stage.
-
Well, wherever it came from, it's right, got an email about it today. Morris in the interview segments sounds like a win to me.
-
As if he has Facebook.
-
FUN FACT: he wanted to call it New Puritans, and the production company initially agreed, but they changed it at the last minute to Stewart Lee Says What's So Bad About Blasphemy without telling him. That inspired his 'Winston Churchill was a pig' routine and sketch from Comedy Vehicle series 1.

Some guy from Australia stole a bunch of photos off the Myspace page of a guy I went to school with to use on his own. Tried it a couple of times with different accounts. Bit odd.
-
Yup, that's Saville. Probably from after he was a wrestler. Not sure exactly but I'm guessing he knew the Crabtrees from then.
-
Maybe they're hoping immersion therapy will stop the TV audience registering CM Punk chants.
Â
In all seriousness, that screams shenanigans. But by current Raw standards, that'll be shenanigans after a dragged-out three-segment match.
-
Things like that let me know I've chosen my friends well - the first I heard of that Globe business was the Facebook posts refuting it.

Admittedly I'm not as clued in to the UK scene as I once was, but I dunno if there's enough volume of dross out there to do another Shitarse Fifty without it feeling a bit forced.

So I came across this on the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Wikipedia page:
Â
Â
Â
It doesn't tell us anything we didn't already know, but it's kind of interesting (contentious 1905 lineage, counting the WWWF/WWF/WWE title as a direct splinter of the NWA title)
-
They had five names with missing letters to choose from - Hogan (49), Savage (2), Cena (10), Undertaker (14) and Austin (5). The teams picked Savage and Austin, the best answers. Stasiak would DEFINITELY have been Pointless.
Â
Iplayer link, it's about half an hour in if you want to skip.
-
Yeah, that's definitely less wanky than FAP.
-
Fair enough. Could be a work, natch, but you're right, there's nothing obvious jumping out for him.
-
I'm still pretty clueless to the Wrestlemania card, truth be told. My best guesses would be:
Â
- Undertaker vs Lesnar
- Cena defending the belt against Batista, who wins the Rumble
- Punk, Bryan, HHH and Michaels being tied up with each other somehow (the only possible match that doesn't make sense there is Michaels/Punk, anything else is a possibility)
Â
So that leaves us with Orton doing nothing, and one other anomaly lurking at the back of my mind - The Rock. Has there been any news on whether he's likely to be about?
-
She was shown in the crowd during the divas match or something.
Â
Â
When did Emma debut? I completely missed it.Before the AJ/Tamina vs. Naomi/Cameron match. She had a sign with a twitter #-tag on it.
Â
Figures. I was paying zero attention at that point.
Â
Â
Has anyone mentioned Roman Reigns dropkick on the apron yet? That was fucking lovely.Â
Oh my god, wasn't it? The swaggering around afterwards too. The guy's so ready to be a massive star.

I can see the logic in Brock being on there, but I dunno, it feels a bit off to me. He's always treated like a massive star and expected to do something big. This kind of thing seems made for guys like the Usos, who (this week aside, I guess) are never a massive focal point but always deliver the goods between the big moments of the show.
-
Henry's fake retirement, and the Lesnar/Punk feud kicked off with Lesnar jumping Punk.

- Yikes, horrible.
Â
- Is it just me, or does four figures for an assassin sound ridiculously cheap and thus an obvious sign that it was a sting?
