It is indeed a Shelton’s Potato Cake.  I prefer Tesco’s own but they had none.

All done by me!  Took 42 minutes start to finish.  2 sausage and a roast tomatoe hiding under the bacon, toast in a rack.

I’d start with the meal kits.  Easy to throw together and not that expensive to you find what you really like.  Fajitas are just stir-fried meat and veg with some sauces.  My best advice is to finish each dish with a squeeze of lime.  It’s like magic.

Being serious, it sounds like you’re getting stuck in a rut working at home, and she did you a favour just breaking the cycle.  You will get a lunch break in the day, use this to go to the coffee shop and treat yourself to one.  It will make things better.

Yes, that’s how it comes, you can have rice and one, two or 3 curries.  I had 3 as I’m a real man.  Chicken tikka masala, lamb balti and chickpea masala.  There’s a choice of about 12 curries.  Bombay Castle in Stockport.
