This has saddened me. Â One of my earliest happy memories is me and my dad sat watching the wrestling on a Saturday afternoon in hysterics as Adrian pranced round the ring, kissed the ref then pinched the arse of his opponent. Â Only I. The later years did I discover what an incredible wrestler he was behind the act. Â His match with Randy Savage was just vicious. Â Great Wrestler, Great Character, rest in peace and thank you.
Â
Just noticed the match that Lister bloke has posted above.  Thanks, that’s perfect.

Jesus, that’s a shocker.  Hope she finds the peace she never found here.

Bought Horrified (American Monsters) on Prime Day and so had fun with that last weekend - a cooperative monster hunting game.Â
Â
Received Barenpark as a present from one of my colleagues so we'll crack that out tomorrow.Â
I’ve got the Universal Monsters version and love it.  Fancy getting the American Monsters version as well.  I know it’s the same games, but Mothman looks cracking.

Would have replied earlier, but been a little busy….

The Eastenders star that was nearly outed a few weeks ago seems to have got away with it.

One day my friend. Â One day.

Very tragic story, but an absolute inspiration with his general attitude to life after the accident.

Please can someone give me a shout when it’s £14.99 at Asda.

It’s a few weeks now, but they have found the remains of Julian Sands.  He was great in Warlock and the sequels, and a strong Brit villain in all the other stuff he was in in The 90’s.  Very sad.

Finally got round to playing Final Girl.  Did the basic Happy Trails Horror scenario.  Really felt like an 80’s slasher movie the way the villain stalks and attacks.  Possibly the best solo game I’ve played.

Well in, Raiders. Made up for you.
Christ on a bike Frankie! Â Snorted in the middle of Tesco reading this!

My friend is being 2 new games to us tonight that I'm looking forward to trying.
In the footsteps of Darwin & Epic Tiny Dinosaurs
Tiny Epic Dinosaurs is great, but fucking awful solo which is why I’m trying to flog it on EBay.

Lots of little puzzles to play against your friends, and some sensory cards as well with textures on to identify. Unfortunately they didn't have an open copy to play. I found it on Amazon for less than it was there, so we'll have it there for next time. Looks like it'll be ideal for us all.Â
We had a game of Scattergories as well, but started getting into arguments about the semantics of the categories.Â
I’d say probably both.  Here more about the game, but on the Autism thread more about how it’s helped or entertained you.

What a lovely bit of news. Â Congratulations to you both.

One of my favourite games. Â Just finished painting the minis and have 3d printed a load of bookcases, doors and trapdoors to enhance it.
-
The Great Western Trail 2nd edition.  So wanted to like this, but at my 3rd attempt of playing it I’ve given up.  It just brings no joy at all, just a routine with few results type of thing.  Put it on EBay so I can buy a game I might like.
-
I’ll have a gander at that, cheers!

Played Reign of Cthulhu, which is the Lovecraft themed Pandemic this morning. Â Loved it. Â Big fan of Pandemic anyway and this changes the system slightly but logically to fit the Mythos theme. Â The board is gorgeous and really puts the theme forward, and the minis are great too. Â Highly recommend this.

The only redeeming part of having to watch the fucking Amish reality show with milady is the fact that there is a girl on it now called Fanny Schmucker.
-
It’s 107cm x 25 cm.  Nearly the full length of my table, but it’s not too girthy.
-
Treated myself to Flamecraft.  What a lovely game.  Easy to pick up, and short enough for a couple of games a session.  First roll-up board I’ve ever used too!  Best score up to now solo is 58.
