Vampiro in his puffer puffer jacket with The Steiners, this was before he had a chicken wrap and a good stare at the Albanian's garden.

Flatliner has every right to say what he likes. He'll always have my respect for his contributions to the country during the conflict with Germany in 1939.

I soured on him a bit when he shat on Ivar the Boneless' chariot for a laugh during the Great Heathen Army's invasion of Northumbria.

I had a notification on my Xbox app this morning telling me I’d been given a code as an Easter present to claim £8 store credit.

Any suggestions on decent, cheap games I could spend it on?

I came in here to let everyone know Xbox had gifted me £4

    :(

  4. I've just put up the latest episode of my podcast, You Are Haunted, in which I'm sent some very genuine EVP.

I migrated the show to Anchor. Nobody ever listened through Podbean as they always tried to make you download the app first, and I was about one more episode from using up my free airtime and having to pay for hosting. A pox on whoever recommended them in the first place.

Also, You Are Haunted is finally on Spotify and Google Podcasts. Hopefully on Apple soon too, but they rejected me the first time for having episode numbers in my titles? Love to have a gatekeeper ruling over the entire industry.

A double post and a shill. Spank me daddy, I been bad!

  5. No need, I've already had my wiki fame. About 10 years ago, I went onto my town's wiki entry and found someone had written me in both as a 'notable resident' and a 'big fat poof' [citation needed]. Consequently, the thought of having my own page seems like a fucking nightmare.

There's a couple of UKFFers I'm surprised don't have one. Dean Ayass is surely notable enough, and John Atkins has 1.4m YouTube subscribers, plus his own ukulele brand and app. He's done Cameo videos people have used as wedding proposals!

  6. I suppose I must've enjoyed it, being that I watched the whole thing and barely looked at my phone. Conversely, I was so bored by the Whedon version, I couldn't remember a single thing that happened in it. It didn't feel GRIMDARK like gritty-boi Snyder's become known for, and it was honestly refreshing to not have the "Well that happened!"/"You guys saw that, right? The big monster? That's gonna leave a stain!" smart-arse dialogue of Whedon's that infected the Marvel movies.

Although I couldn't watch the Quicksilver Flash scene where he's gently and lovingly rescuing that girl in the street without thinking of the video where Ezra Miller chokeslammed a girl in the street a year ago which had no consequences whatsoever.

  7. 76 hour-long episodes of Barrymore, 10 My Kind of People, 49 of My Kind of Music (7 unaired after... the incident); none of them available to watch anywhere. Makes me pig sick to think of all the incredible footage we're probably never going to see. These videos must be the tip of the iceberg.

  8. If you're into creepy shit, The Battersea Poltergeist on BBC Sounds is fantastic. It's a mix of current day investigation and dramatic reconstructions of a case in the 50's, with a cast including Toby Jones as the paranormal investigator. The presenter/creator Danny Robins did a podcast series a few years ago called Haunted, which is equally great.
