Double post wanker but Sammy got slapped by Eddie Kingston but his latest suspension was for giving Jeff a concussion in the ring then carrying on the match. 

Santana and Ortiz didn’t have a punch up.

On the whole showing the footage, it is a bad time to be doing it. But it makes me laugh how peoples view on it have changed. When it came out what happened, people on twitter and the like were saying “release the footage. We need to see it” etc. Now it’s allegedly being shown, the same people are saying it’s petty and shouldn’t happen.

I for one look forward to it. Because I’m a nosey bastard and like when the curtains peeled back. I hope it is the actual footage of the incident. 

I had that for about five days. That all went away but now I’ve had a cough and a blocked nose for three weeks. It’s horrible and appears to be going round everywhere.

I saw it as The Rock trying to alpha him when he asked to hold the belt. As he’s never held that version of it before. He was essentially trying to be a bully. Even in the manner he spoke. A hint he’s coming after it because he thinks it looks better on him. 

They had him and Gable lusting after belts last night. He was close to licking his lips looking at the IC title when Sami held it up to him. 

Just finished watching it. I enjoyed it and the last season overrall. Poor Richard Lewis looked so frail throughout. But was still hilarious. Going to miss not getting any new Leon content.

I would too. I was just joking. There’s this photoshopped one of Cody with the winged eagle belt. And it looks great on him. I always loved the original undisputed title and wish that never went away.

Not that I can remember on any tv from the major companies. But I remember Trevor Lee at PWG kept dismantling the tables every time they were set up to annoy the fans. And it worked.

I do. She must’ve done the Dennis Reynolds onion trick for the tear. And yeah I get they film everything. It just doesn’t feel authentic to me in regards to her. People quite rightly can’t stand Justin Roberts. She’s the female equivalent imo. Over the top, annoying voice. Can’t stand it.

I said fuck off out loud when she started “crying” when announcing Cody as the winner. They of course filmed her and it’s so ridiculously fake. She was honestly the worst part of Mania for me. I don’t get the love.

I thought Michael Cole would be the worst part as I do find him irritating. But he must have a new lease on life now Vince isn’t screaming down his ear. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had enough of him for a lifetime. But this was UK Championship Tournament Cole. A much easier listen. 

Cena must’ve gone to the same person who did Rooney’s hair transplant. Sure he’s got a bit more, but that bald spot is never recovering. I feel his pain, I’ve got exactly the same.

Going back to the main event, I did think Roman had it after the spear/Samoan spike combo. Just for a moment I thought they were going to keep the run going. 

If anyone kept the network on after it finished, they advertised a documentary all about the build up to the night 1 main event and all the background of it. It’s out on Wednesday. I’m sure Triple H will finally get some praise on it. 

You knew it was going to be interference crazy but it was still magic. I had a Michael Cole “could it be?” moment when The Shields music hit. I thought for a second the impossible could be happening. Reigns hitting Seth with the chair as a callback was great though.

Much better night. Drew and Seth had too many finishing moves and a kick out but it was still decent enough. Everything after was great. Damian Priest remembered he could do something with that briefcase. 

Really enjoyed Bayley vs Iyo. 

Main event was great fun. Giving two stories a happy ending and doing the right thing for the fans? It really is a new era. Next wrestlers will be winning in their home town all the time. 

Yohan Kebab is the first thing I think about it when his name is mentioned. The Director of Football section on his Wikipedia is a great read. 

He finished today and I’ve just seen one of the most cringe tweets about it.
