Any official confirmation? All I can find is hours of people asking if its true or not.

I've read his agent confirmed it but the lack of coverage has me hoping it's bollocks.

Can't say I've ever heard of Amazon Freevee - what's its track record for sticking with shows for the long haul? Has it even been around long enough to have a track record?

The ending we got was so perfect and unrepeatable, that it almost seems a shame to risk undermining it with a short-lived revival. But great news for fans who've been missing it I suppose.

It was previously known as IMDB TV. Not really been around that long.

This is such a shock that I can't quite believe it's happening. Since the show ended I've filled the gap with old episodes from the start. Roughly 130 episodes in.

  3. I was also at the Underworld for Droid Bishop, Lebrock and Magic Sword Sunday. The good news is they were all awesome.

Magic Sword were a fantastic blend of synth and psychedelic stoner rock live. Felt bad for Shaun from Lebrock losing his voice but he put in a herculean effort to over come it. I'd not heard Droid Bishop much but he blew me away. A cracking show.

Bad news is my wife who was also with me just tested positive for COVID.

Interesting move. Not sure what they'll do with it being a prequel series.

Bryan Fuller being attached makes me more interested though.

It's because of the lawsuit. It's from the guys that don't have the rights to Jason and the mask. Might work. Who knows.

  5. Larry getting hurt definitely puts the whole thing into a more understandable context. It also mentioned that AEW didn't want him to comment on it. If I were to guess I'd say this has been leaked now so that of if he's forced to sign a non disclosure agreement to get the buy out it's already public. Certainly puts him in a more favourable light in regard to the actual fight.

Reminder that some studio lost its mind a few years ago and let Eli Roth make a kids' film (The House with a Clock in its Walls) - and it was really good.

I'm a firm believer it's his best film. The restrictions of a kids movie reigned him in perfectly.

  7. I saw it tonight and have mixed feelings. I thought it was way to long and repetitive. The comedy by and large falls flat. But I did think Brian O'Halloran had moments that where genuinely touching and it was surprisingly poignant at times.

I know I'm in minority that really liked it but I much prefer Reboot. It's just as unfunny but it's far more fun.

  8. Really liked She-Hulk ep1. It was a lot of fun and thank god they

    Spoiler

did away with the origin story within the first 5 minutes. Was dreading an hour of boring build to one shot of She-Hulk ala Moon Knight.

The CG has definitely improved a bunch but I actually thought it was

Hulk that stank up the uncanny valley.

  9. I had a swelling in my left nut last year. It was proper sore and swollen a couple of days later when I jizzed Bumblebee yellow, paniced and promptly had it checked out. The chap confirmed it was an infection and gave me antibiotics. He said as a rule of thumb if the swelling hurts it's less likely to be worrying than if it doesn't but always get them checked either way.

  10. Saw Trainwreck Woodstock '99 last night on Netflix. I knew the broad strokes of what had happened from back in the day but it has a fascinating amount of footage and access.

Came away suitably depressed after it, seeing as this was my generation of metal fan but the organisation of the event was clearly reprehensible which I wasn't so aware of.

A lot of these 3 part Netflix docs have been pretty poor. Dragging out a solid film into a boring series but I found this one very engaging all the way through.

Plus one of my favourites Amy turned up so that was all good.

Amy has been full time for about a year. She's been ace. Well worth going back and watching her whole last run.

Was it Skye's two-second bit? What was the point in cutting that?

I did get confused when I saw her name in the end credits.

    Yep. Odd one that.

Do you have a timestamp for it? I’m curious but don’t have time to sit through it all again this morning

    55.15

    Spoiler

The bit on the screen one of the very brief cameos is cut.

  14. I'm sure you should be ok. It's pretty heavy on the older characters.

Apparently the Australian version was longer than the C5 version.

    Here's the full thing.

EDIT - I should mention it's only a brief edit of one of the cameos but if you're a nerd like me it you want all you can get.

  15. Honestly I feel about sick. It was lovely but I just can't stand the idea it's finished.

    Spoiler

When Susan said I love you to Karl it very nearly tipped me over the edge. But the ghosts were who made me well up.

Toadie being announced for the farewell tour is nice. Something to look forward to.

Now I'm going to spend the rest of the summer holidays rewatching it and searching for a complete run of episodes.

Don't look up anything online because the last scene is apparently out and about on YouTube. Anyway I'm recording it and avoiding all spoilers to catch it on the weekend. Is Mark Little back on board?

The ep and accompanying docs aired in Australia on channel 10 today. So there will be spoilers everywhere. You could probably track it down on dailymotion by now. I'm going to wait myself.

I'm not actively seeking them out but I'm also not that bothered by spoilers for it. It's not like there's going to be a death or anything (not a spoiler I'm just assuming).

Shot a little Neighbours tribute with my little person today for my YouTube channel. Was fun to have a look at my autographs have having a chuckle over favourite moments. Spoilers - Neighbours trading cards from the 80s have bubblegum in them that have not aged well.
