I've only just learned who Bruce Jenner is, feels like he is the most famous person in the world the way people have been going on about him and not just the step-dad of someone who had a sex tape.

It's not exactly killing if they're very clearly already dead and the only other outcome is going to be them killing you and you not seeing your kids again, I get the obvious its still kids thing but it's still backwards logic.

I'm expecting them to be able to forge new Valyrian Steel, I'm guessing they'll need Dragon fire to do it or something as we know fire and dragon glass can both kill them and the Targaeryn's of Valyria are the Dragon borns. But aye, bit of a Tangent.

 

The only minor pedantic annoyance about last episode was how that woman wildling died, they definitely weren't her kids as they were all decomposed and shit so why did she just let them attack her when she's meant to be a savage warrior and had just shown herself as a very adept fighter.

 

Anyone every tried these? Always ovened, never microwaved! They've got steadily drier over the years but still make for a belting lunch or midnight snack. Go surprisingly well with beans but then again what pie doesn't.

Expansion? Every human they kill turns to one of them and what King in the realm doesn't want their army to be bigger.  Seems plausible enough and I'd be more happy with that as an explanation than some convoluted magic shite.

As for me, I'm a man of simple pleasures so when I'm looking for my fix of tinned processed goodness I rarely venture away from Heinz Spag Bol or Ravioli, it's all about the thick sliced bread though, can't be doing with this medium carry on.

Very occasionally treat myself to a tin of Stagg Chilli, get a good splash of Frank's Hot Sauce in about that and you'e got a gourmet meal for one.

What an episode! From the minute Jon Snow got to Hardhome I was on the edge of my seat and when he was fighting that White Walker boss my heart was properly racing,  really compelling tv. That White Walker King guy looks like a total bad bastard, looking forward to seeing more of him.

The stuff with Tyrion and Daenarys was strong too, if they find Varys then they've got a good wee team there, hope she gets herself over to Westeros and starts fucking shit up soon.

Arya might as well be noone because her story arc has died a death, couldn't care less about Lana and her fucking oysters. If it wasn't for Sam taking up so much of my dislike for a character I'd maybe even be actively hoping for her character to be killed off.

Echoing the love for Pryce, he's been the stand out star of what's been a pretty slow season so far. That end scene with Cersei was incredible, there's definitely a more malevolent side to him than we've seen so far, looking forward to seeing how far he takes it.

 

I'm praying to the old gods and the new that Samwell fucking Tarly is killed off soon, wasting 10 minutes of screen time on that soft prick and we didn't even get a look at Gillie's tits to make up for it. I couldn't even get behind him when he was being all chivalrous and brave, total ballache of a character.

That last scene was very uncomfortable viewing, they really know how to make you hate the bad guys, will be good seeing Theon/Reek get his inevitable revenge on Ramsay.

 

Cersei going to war with Olenna should be brilliant, genuinely lolled at couple of Olenna's lines. You need that bit of comedy in there with the amount of sick shit going on.

 

More convinced than ever that the Hound is still alive after Arya's scene with Jaqen H'ghar. It's weird cause just about every cast member said in interviews before this season that Arya's story was the best but we're more than halfway through the season and it's been Bran levels of boring so far, hope it picks up soon cause I'm losing interest in her character quite rapidly.

JR, Michael Cole and Kevin Kelly make a really smooth announce team on the first Raw of 1998. Don't remember them being that good. 

That was exactly my thought on watching some of the early Attitude Era Raws on the network, Kevin Kelly in particular is great to listen to, miles better than some of the shitarses they've had over the years.

Nah, seriously, you will love it. Croatia is a stunning country, I was in Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik last August and I wish I could have stayed longer. It's not as cheap as you expect European countries in that area to be, especially when eating out, but still a bit cheaper than UK.  If you like seafood then you're in for a treat cause other than pizzerias everywhere else is pretty much seafood restaurants and they certainly know how to cook fish. If you have a spare day that you don't have much planned for then you should hire a litte boat for the day, they hire them to anyone even with no experience, and they're not expensive at all, think it was like £70 for the full day, take some beers and a lunch on it and you can dot up and down the coast at your own pace, going for a swim in secluded little bays and stuff (pick up a snorkle set for about another £20 or rent for about half the price). Croatia is incredibly relaxed and slow paced, it sort of epitomises Mediterranean way of life, Split and Dubrovnick are the perfect combination of city/beach holiday, chilled but still plenty to do.  

 

How long you there for? 

I'd say stick with House, picks up a bit towards the end of season 7 and season 8 is decent too. Completely agree with you though, the middle seasons are a slog and rely far too much on Hugh Laurie's performances, Robert Sean Leonard (Wilson) is pretty great too.

I'm not talking about how she looks in the show, finding her hot in that would be beyond creepy but you can't deny she's turned in to a good looking girl.

Other than Fast Lane has he main evented any PPV as a singles? The majority of his build the past year has been so underwhelming, other than a midcard match with Orton at Summerslam not one thing stands out to me. From a kayfabe perspective it made no sense that your new hero babyface didn't go after the guy that put a chair across his back, could have been a great feud and really gave him a kickstart. They also missed the bus with having him go over Triple H at Summerslam, fair enough he hasn't won a match since about 2010 but he's still a massive name and the best heel on the show at getting faces over. Nothing about Reigns right now says to me, Wrestlemania Main Eventer, he's way in over his head and I think next year will end up a year of recovery for him more than anything.

I would think they must, if guys had to go to even 3/4 of them you'd expect them to be burned pretty fast. Still seems a lot though.

Definitely think it's more likely to be a monetary issue rather than a failed drugs tests for a couple of reasons. If they did only find out Monday why would one of their first responses be to tell Brock Lesnar? And even if this was the case how would that cause Lesnar to storm out of a show? As has been mentioned, UFC are never going to turn him away cause they know his next stop would be Bellator who'd pick him right up. Guilty by association is bollocks too, go on record saying you disagreed with the decision to let Reigns remain in the main event and pass his own piss test, why should another guy's actions be any reflection on him?
