And was Brock originally booked to get eliminated by Dominik Mysterio?

You seem completely unwilling to accept that they might have changed who Brock was going to be eliminated by when they replaced him with Bron (reported a good day before the Rumble by the sheets).   So by your logic you think Brock was going to come in, piss his pants at the sight of Bron & Omos and throw himself out, because it’s entirely impossible they changed anything…just replaced Brock with Pat.

And thus is a mystery potentially solved. Because, again, Roman(s) Reign(s) is only as impressive and as long as they say if you consider it running from the moment he won the Universal belt, not THE belt. I'd love to say perfectly in keeping with ignoring their own history to the point where they say the Womens title only goes back to when the "Divas" belt started in 2008, and when the history of the "unified" tag team title (circa 2010 onwards) only lists champions back to the start of the SmackDown "WWE tag team title" in 2002.... but I don't even think title histories exist on WWE.com anymore, do they?

    They do

    Not easy to find though.

You can have 3 hours of wrestling programming without it being a 3 hour show.

You could have a 1 hr show followed by a 2 hour Raw or vica versa depending on what the rating say is the most watched hour.

How about an exclusive women’s show, or another Cruisers show?  Or a recap show with a panel of guests?

Personally I’d love an hour of main roster guys working squash matches against PC guys.

That's not what the USA Network wants or is paying for.   They want a 3 hour live event show.

When does NXT go onto the WWE Network as trying to watch last nights show but isn't on there yet?

Is this because its shown on BT Sports first?

Not tuned in for a while so know the Raw & Smackdown were delayed by a few weeks but always thought NXT was on there straight away?

    Next Wednesday.

No idea why Cena's there, I have seen Paul Heyman's promo explaining his appearance. Which for me is one of the worst offenders for breaking the realities of wrestling. On a live (totally not scripted in anyway) show John Cena's surprise appearance is announced. The Tribal Chief clearly must be a big NXT fan as he was watching at home and got straight on the phone to Paul Heyman.

"John Cena's been getting involved in Bloodline business, it's time we can get in his for a change. Be in Bron Breakker's corner next week."

Paul Heyman was convienently in the parking lot of the PC with an NXT camera crew so he can join the show and make the announcement

Stuff that makes no sense like that has been part of wrestling for so long you just have to accept it.   Edge's AEW debut makes no sense either.   He was at the venue, he'd signed a contract, he'd gone to the trouble of shooting that video of him in a car and delivered it to the director, the pyro guys had set up his pyro, but he only came out because Sting was in trouble.  If the attack on Sting wasn't happening would he have just not come out?   Or would he have come out after everyone in the main event had just gone to the back and just said hello to the crowd?

  6. The first one got about 1,000 I think, but IF I remember correctly the 2nd one got canceled due to poor ticket sales.  Or it might have been a second Blackpool one that got canceled due to poor ticket sales even after the first Blackpool one did poorly.

  7. I think that Stadium Stampede match is such a waste of so many people in it who could/should be in a regular match.

Beyond that though, I don't see much wrong with the lineup.   I don't follow AEW too closely, but there does seem to be some wrestlers missing from the lineup I would have expected to see.

  8. The UK regulations bit is interesting.   I assume there's some weird law saying they can't let people take chairs home with them from arenas or something.

Did they do it at CATC?

Unless the UK regulations relates to they said they would supply the chairs so they have to even though they forgot to make them or something.   In the USA they'd probably get away with some smallprint legal crap saying they can change their minds about the chairs without notice.

The final segment was so short and ended up finishing the episode completely 10/15 minutes early but it really did the job and I can't imagine this match will be anywhere but the main event.

It was scheduled to finish at 9.45.

    Spoiler

Cody v Dominik is going on last apparently.
