I always imagined Jake and Take putting the boots to him if the guys didn't put down the cameras and boom stick. Regarding below - it was too close to the event to book and it would've been giving too much away in one go. I like the idea of holding something back for another day. Even Hulk/Undertaker at Survivor Series was a case of book the match without anything preexisting other than a time where Hulk had hit him with the belt and it had no effect.
