Was it a him not willing to change or was it people higher up never came up with anything new. To be fair by 93/94 that's probably the gimmick they would've given him - it's not like the WWF was very cutting edge back then when it came to latest trends. Rad Radford and his Grunge act in 1995 being a good example. Quote
