So I released an album, and it's going online.

A couple of years ago, I formed a duo with a friend of mine, and we've been performing ever since. You might have seen, on occasions, some small links in my sig - we're called The Dark Coast (Twitter: @TheDarkCoast). I'm vocalist/songwriter (lyrics & vocal melodies), whilst my friend is guitarist and composes the instrumental arrangements. All original stuff.

Anyway, we recorded and released an EP last year, entitled "Tales From The Shore".

We made a load of physical copies, of which we still have a few for sale, but the main reason for this post is that I've finally managed to make it available on several online outlets, such as

iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/album/tales-from-the-shore-ep/id978779290?v0=9989&ign-mpt=uo%3D1

Google Play Music: https://play.google.com/store/music/album?id=Bx7xpfiknotbkvuunt6h3eadk4i&tid=song-Tjtar5xfba63le6yyl5uspbve7u

CD Baby: http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/thedarkcoast

Spotify: https://play.spotify.com/album/3cySZ2m24glu2jRWtr6Gha

Deezer: http://www.deezer.com/album/9943852

Rhapsody: http://www.rhapsody.com/artist/the-dark-coast/album/tales-from-the-shore

We've also got a Facebook page and a Soundcloud, where you can hear preview excerpts of the album if you like:

And a YouTube channel, which has a few videos of a couple of our gigs:

And we even have download cards available for purchase, some of which we'll be selling at the launch gig we're having at Bar Vinyl in Camden next Sunday to promote the album going online:

If some of you are in London and like our music, feel free to join us! We're on at 5pm.

Hey man, thanks very much for the kind words, and glad you liked it! Have written a few more songs since and am hoping to record another EP soon.

Nice work CB. Is it all acoustic guitar stuff?

Thanks, NN!

Yeah, pretty much. I'm hoping eventually to graduate to expanding the duo to maybe a trio with percussion or bass, and from there to a full band, but we'll see. I'm enjoying our stripped down sound at the mo.

Had a listen to the full EP. Not my really my thing, but more power to you for putting something together and getting it out there. Best of luck with it

Thanks very much, man - am aware it's not going to be to everyone's taste, so I really appreciate you taking the time out to listen.

Update: "Tales From The Shore" is now available for purchase and download on Amazon - click here.

It's also available for streaming in Australia (assuming we have more Aussies on here than just Shane O) on JB HiFi NOW - click here.

I'll also be updating my sig so these links are more easily accessible.
