paltaper
Where does the time go?  20 years ago today, at the top of his game, Art Barr died.  Just popped into my head watching the live lucha show on Terra.mx  Hands down one of the best I've ever seen.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Art_Barr
Paid Members Psygnosis Posted November 24, 2014 Paid Members Share Posted November 24, 2014 Despite his sexual assault conviction, he had everything going for him but size, one of the most despised heels I've ever seen, right wing americans in Mexico? brilliant. Paid Members PunkStep Posted November 24, 2014 Paid Members Share Posted November 24, 2014 I honestly haven't seen much of him, the odd Juicer match here and there. Back in the day everyone said he was even better than Eddie, was this the case?
Paid Members Psygnosis Posted November 24, 2014 Paid Members Share Posted November 24, 2014 Yeah I'd say so, Eddie was more playing off what Barr was doing in Los Gringos Locos, Barr was the leader of the team you could say, he even got Tonya Harding (during the peak of the Nancy Kerrigan incident) to accompany him and Eddie to the ring, it made national news. Â Â And here is the moment itself from a fan cam. Â
Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted November 24, 2014 Paid Members Share Posted November 24, 2014 I believe there is a small, very small, bit on the Tonya Harding ESPN 30:30 "Fight for Gold" (some title like that) documentary about the grappling.
