Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted December 2, 2011 Moderators Share Posted December 2, 2011 I'd sell that shit at the drop of a hat. Â I have never understood collecting things that you don't use for the sake of collecting them, and much prefer trade paper backs to normal comics because they're not as delicate and as much of a pain in the arse to read. Richie Freebird
Radio 2 yesterday speculated that the seller was Nicholas Cage.
Paid Members SiMania Posted December 2, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 2, 2011 If you had a On 1 Superman and was offered that much would you take it or keep the comic  No-one on here would keep it.
Pier Six Brawler
What happens in the comic, anyway? Is it just the origin of Superman or did they come up with that later and the first comic is just him flying about and fighting crime?

Is it just the origin of Superman or did they come up with that later and the first comic is just him flying about and fighting crime?  It does the origins  On a side note Superman couldn't fly until The Fleischer cartoons before that he could just jump 1/8 of a mile but for a cartoon and the story's it was easier to make him fly so he asked permission and they allowed it and then changed the comics to fit in with it
