  1. Another reason (besides it being the best show ever) for you to watch Carnivale. In the first season she played a stripper, and was always in the nip. In one memorable scene, you could virtually see her ovaries.

Ripping as we speak. Screenselect can wait an extra day. :D Though everything below the waist was a body double.

Plus, I think if you saw the woman who played her mother, you would actually drop dead. She's that hot, especially on the Lister scale of what hotness actually is. Mama Cooch~!

Fuck. And. Yeah.rita_sue_d.jpgI didn't think I needed post her, as she's beyond the "unconventional but oddly attractive" category and into the "marriage shortlist" territory.ritasue.jpg
  2. 4.) Remember the Survivor Series Finale match at the 1990 Survivor Series? Why was that Grand Survivors finale concept never used again?

I don't know for certain, but I suspect one problem was that you had to either:a) End the night with a heel victory (a total no-no in those days)b) Have every single heel in the company do a job during the nightc) Run a load of screwy finishes to protect your heelsI think the one time they did use it, it caused too many problems booking the rest of the show. For example, they wanted Sgt Slaughter to be dominant, but they didn't want him anywhere near Hogan or Warrior at that point, so his Survivor Series match came off as anti-climatic. I also remember at the time that some friends and I who were writing a fanzine thought wrestling was completely legitimate, but we still thought Power & Glory suddenly looked terrible in the final match - I think the exact phrase we used was "exposed as frauds".
  3. Personally I can't remember the last time a PPV main event ended "Cleanly" without run ins, foreign objects, low blows, rope usage, or tight hooking.

I've not seen Armageddon yet. I don't remember the circumstances of Orton pinning Michaels at Survivor Series. However, Batista cleanly pinned Guerrero at No Mercy. Unforgiven was a cluster, but Hogan pinned Michaels cleanly at SummerSlam. Bash was a DQ, but Vengeance was Batista winning as cleanly as you can in Hell in a Cell. No Mercy had a weapon, but it was I Quit. Backlash had ref bumps ahoy, but it was a clean pin for Batista, as was WrestleMania.
  4. And shame on no-one else for mentioning her so far. Not terribly funny but super-hot, Janeane Garofalo:garofalo.jpg

She ruined The Truth About Cats And Dogs by being way more attractive than the 'more attractive' Cameron Diaz in the same movie, thus rendering the central plot useless.
It was Uma Thurman, but your point remains.Hollywood Jewesses~!
It was indeed. She had particularly horrible pasty skin in that film, which is why I was thinking of Diaz.
  5. Holly Willoughby. Kids TV presenter.

You know, we were once distinctly promised a link to video footage of her getting her tits out on a bet during one of those kids TV shows. And this footage genuinely existed. The poster wasn't making it up. Honest.
Her tit popped out on Ministry of Mayhem once, if thats what you mean.

I have never been so delighted to be wrong.
  6. Could someone post a pic for me, but i love the girl who plays Hermione in Harry Potter, Emma Watson....she is awesome

Not till April, son. There was a special negotiation a few years back and every adult male in Britain has agreed to clear their mind of all images of Emma Watson until her 16th birthday to avoid thoughtcrime.Remember lads, once the glorious day comes, PLEASE check the dates to make sure you are only whacking off over contemporary pictures.
  7. Foley's first meeting with Sabu was a show called Hostile City Showdown 1994. It came out on official ECW home video, but I don't think it was one of the ones on DVD. There's no battle royale type of match on that show. The match you may be thinking of is a 20 man battle royale where the only way to be eliminated is by bleeding. It's the opener to a Tri State (forerunner to ECW) show from 1991 called Autumn Armageddon on which Cactus & Luna Vachon face Eddie Gilbert and Madusa. Cactus may have mentioned it as an example of how the Tri State cards were overloaded with violence to the point that nothing had any effect. The show was released on video, though its only available through tape traders.

  8. A couple of quick ECW questions,1. What was the event that Bill alfonso wrestled Beulah in a boodbath?2. How many ECW compilation DVD's were released, not counting personality DVD's. I can think of Extreme Evoloution, Path of Destruction, Deep Impact, Hardcore History and Extreme Warfare. Any more?

    1) As Good As It Gets (September 97)2) There are two sets of ECW releases:DVDs released by Pioneer in the US (and also available worldwide):Events: Barely Legal, WrestlePalooza 97, Heatwave 98, CyberSlam 99, Anarchy Rulz 99, Guilty as Charged 2001Compilations: Extreme Evoloution, Path of Destruction, Deep Impact, Hardcore History, Best of Dudley Boyz, Best of Cactus JackDVDs released by Delta in the UK onlyThese include pretty much every commercial tape released by ECW and sold directly to fans (or via RF Video). They include dozens of ECW Arena shows, plus two ECW-made compilations, Extreme Warfare vols 1 & 2. They also released most, if not all, of the PPVs.Delta also made their own compilations: a few sets of Hardcore TV (basically a block of TV shows with the commercials and ring entrances cut out), plus a 'Hard Hits' for each annual PPV, for example a match from each year's Heatwave.I've also seen (and got) Heatwave 2000 from Australia. I'd imagine this is an offshoot of the Delta deal.
