Choose Your Own Adventure wrestling. Film various endings and outcomes for every match. Then every snarky fan on Twitter that hate-watches the product can have exactly the wrestling they want, before quickly realising they're not the booking genius they thought they were. Might shit them up. Keeping the typo! š

There doesn't seem any point whatsoever broadcasting it live and working round ad breaks now. Once they've make a decision about WrestleMania, they might as well just tape a month's worth of show over a few days (with no fans to leak spoilers) and send everyone home to be with their families.
WWE Powerrr!

Song 4 Mutya is a banger still.

Shame this. Enjoyed Pete and Geoff!

You're thinking of the Stamford Act.

Jericho could have been a good adversary for Bret in 98, but not sure they had clear plans for either, let alone anything between the two. Could have happened early in Bret's tenure there, when Jericho was doing the crybaby schtick after losing. That would have probably been the likeliest time.

I believe Michaels requested to work Flair before he turned at the Barber Shop. Sure that was in a book or interview somewhere. But yeah, had a similar line of thought.

Just re-air WrestleMania 17 with new commentary.

We went to see the WWA tour in Cardiff in 2001. Scotty was in the main event, but came out earlier in the night to cut a promo and to rough up Brian Christopher, I think it was. Anyway, he'sĀ running riot and at one stage looked like he was coming over the rail to fight the crowd (?). The FEAR in my little brother was something else. He was ready to run, there and then.
Proper heel!

For some years, I had a thing about whether Ric Flair and Marty Jannetty had everĀ wrestled.
Jannetty would have been thereĀ the first six months or so of Flair's WWF run, then from Survivor Series 1992ish to Rumble time.
Then they were both in WCW in 1998, so I thought perhaps on a Thunder or Saturday Night.
But the closest I could find was both being in the Battle Royal at the Albert Hall for the prestigiousĀ
TuwaiqRoyal Samovar Trophy.Ā -
The Perfect Storm, what a guy! Also... The Bouncers... I'd never seen them before their NWA debut, but I'm on board. Good, fun match with Eli Drake and James Storm.Ā

I watched (and loved!) this match for the first time in years on the weekend, but feel the need to watch it again now! Good post!

I caught some this week on Paramount (!) and it was alright! Kassius Ohno vs Jack Stars especially!

Is it really a tag team match if it's not two pairs in matching gear with a team name?!

Seems Papa Shango's curse spread far and wide that year.

It's a shame how 2020 internet seems determined to turn a few old favourites (Sid, Scott Steiner, Davey Boy Smith) into memes. These were big stars.

Makes me think of the people who prefer Undertaker's Byker gimmick.

Should have switched to Sports Entertainment Xtreme, no issues there.

Don't reckon we'll get the Craggy vs Rugged Island match this year. All over 75 AND an Italian forward?
