The Souvenir Part II is one of the worst films I've seen all year, only The Eternal Daughter was worse. I don't think Joanna Hogg is for me.

Matilda the Musical is on Netflix today, everywhere but the UK. If you have a VPN you're good to go. 

I had it a couple weeks ago, headache was banging so bad I could hardly sleep for a few days. Definitely worse than Covid for me too. 

Gold look to be almost exclusively Christmas specials at the moment. Saw the end of Two Point Four Children, if you can help it don't make the same mistake.

Agree about the original Ghostbusters, it's a good film but not as great as you probably remember it.  

They're not gonna sell Mania with Reigns/Sami.

It's all about Sami/Knoxville II.

That includes WWE and Premiership.

I think I preferred the first, but it's a fun film and the change in setting and scale definitely makes it feel fresh.

A lot of films have tried to copy Knives Out and failed which shows how good the original was. Glass Onion is the only one that comes close.

The Poundland one as the next best thing to Snyders. Tried some jn Sainsbury's and they weren't great.

I got two rear speakers for Sonos Beam for birthday. Any recommendations to test out surround Dolby Atmos? Tried the new Blade Runner, Dune, West Side Story and Scott Pilgrim with Atmos so far. 

I don't see Mastadon taking off. I think I'm quite tech savvy and been struggling to even get my login to work, unless I click on a link from a validation email that takes me through and logs me in automatically.

It would be great if Netflix invested in more of this sort of thing. A well acted and depressing drama with an excellent cast. The start and end are stupid bits of showing off but everything else is really good. Florence Pugh and Niamh Algar knock it out of the park as usual.

 

Start and end are pointless, and slightly take away from what is a really good film. Unless I'm thick (probably am) it adds nothing to the film.

I'd only consider it if they launch the Half Life game.
