  1. I dunno what Barrett would make but I think I read somewhere during this Titus saga that he was on about $300,000 a year (they were on about his suspension and money he might lose out on etc), so you'd imagine Wade would take home more than that, he don't seem the sort of guy to blow hordes of cash on material shite. I'm sure he's ok for a while.

  2. Clash of The Champions events range from passable to absolutely rotten from what I recall, I can't remember one show being great top to bottom, so I'd just cherry pick a few matches, as Mr E said Flair/Sting, Flair/Steamboat 2 out of 3 falls at clash 5 I think it was, Flair/Funk I Quit match at 9, Douglas/Steamboat vs The Hollywood Blondes at COC 22, The Hollywood Blondes vs Arn/Flair at COC 23.

  3. I can't actually believe that final segment, I don't know what that was. They ended Raw with Big Show vs Strowman, No words.

My 2 favourite things about WWE are the Jericho/Styles stuff and Del Rio seeing how far he can push his "I don't want ANY part of this league of Nations shite" attitude, they do group hugs...he pulls away, he fucks off to the turnbuckles to pose alone, he randomly turns babyface and plays along to the "Si" chants, throwing his arm about like he used to during that face run he had. It's brilliant, a weekly highlight.

  4. On this subject, I loved that Austin podcast from a couple of weeks back where he watched the Mankind/Rock match often heralded as the biggest pop of all time when he comes down to stick it up the Corporation, it's just brilliant hearing Austin go into it, he seems so shocked and genuinely excited by the pop and crowd reaction, kept rewinding it and playing it again. Love him dissecting matches.

  5. I can't describe how little interest I have in Big Show, just please go away. Under normal circumstances I'd be fascinated by a giant, somebody who has hands as big as a dustbin lid, I bet he has some great stories about not fitting in a plane seat or on theme park rides but I just find this bastard so un-appealing in every sense, wrestler, personality, he is the front runner in go away heat for me personally.

  6. Yeah lost a few domestic but gained slightly international apparently as it went live in India.

I'm with Wyatt, I can't see it going much higher than that. I personally subscribed from March last year until about 2 months ago, I just wasn't using it and found the new content crap. Hated table for 3, hate the skitty stuff like swerved and this Edge and Christian thing looks utter shit to me. I watched NXT and "old school", the stuff from the mid to late 80's from MSG and the Spectrum etc. I had problems with lagging on and off, just got tired of it.

  7. Suspension been reduced to 60 days but he'll still miss Mania. Look at fucking Foley, "hang in there", hang in what he's not been told he's got a month left to live, he fucked about with Vince and got his wrist slapped, he can't complain really.

    @RealMickFoley

Hang in there @TitusONeilWWE - I feel in my heart that something good will come out of this.

  8. Yeah the Dudley's return has been crap, but then after the initial obvious pop and shock factor it was going to be, I never got how they could work in 2016 as a tag team, when half the audience don't know who the hell they are, they can't chuck women through tables, and the tag division is worthless. It isn't 99/2000 when the whole world was watching and the tag division was red hot and actually a contributor to drawing numbers and ratings on a show, its filler, garbage.

Just split them, let D-Von fuck off backstage or to NXT to coach and give Bubba a 6 month run heading into Summerslam. Him and Brock, or him and Rusev if they built him back as the foreign monster against New York's own Bubba defending the USA could be sound.

  9. I think on the ratings, people were genuinely tuning in for Bryan, some to see if it was a work, some just to see what he had to say, there was interest. I reckon they hung around waiting for him, then it never came, and never came, and never fucking came for over 2 hours, meanwhile you have Adam Rose and Titus O'Neil doing things, Jericho being a cringe cunt and the 35th match in the best of 7 between Owens/Ziggler. I think people just gave up on it and thought "fuck this I will watch it online later I'm playing fifa".

  10.

Did anyone see the Ron Simmons interview? Oh, JBL is the worst interviewer ever. I'm so passionate in my hatred for the style of this show, so bare with me. Every interview is the same. He'll make a list of great men and then put the person he's interview in that bracket. For example: "Tiger Woods, Martin Luther King, Lenny Henry, Patrick Truman off Eastenders ... all great black men - you are in that discussion after what you did against Vader." Just vomit inducing.

The original one where JBL stated that The Undertaker's streak was more impressive than what legendary boxers achieved had me almost switch the fucker off. I cant remember the quote exactly but it was insulting.

It's a load of bollocks that show. Legends, it's 2 mates neither of which mean anything in the history of Wrestling talking borderline Kayfabe for 45 minutes. You wanna call it legends then actually get legends, they have access to them.....Sammartino, Austin, Rock, Taker, Bret, Shawn, is Buddy Rogers still alive, if not I'd rather they interview his grandchildren than Road fucking Dogg Jesse James.

It really makes me question whether I can be arsed keep setting up new e-mails and getting a free month.

  11. I can't believe Strowman is going to be in a singles match at Mania, with Taker no less. I mean, what happened here, I can't find the words to type.

The only thing I can hope for is Taker gets so annoyed with Strowmans inability to do ANYTHING good that he just smacks him about for 8 minutes. Fucking drivel. I'd sooner Kane/Taker, and that match thought makes me want to punch a sandwich.

  12. I quite like the idea of a frog splash, especially when he turns babyface, big chubby sod landing from that height looks like it's killing motherfuckers.

Think he used to do it a bit in ROH, he is well capable from the top rope. Does anybody do the Frog Splash in WWE at the minute?

  13. I like the Wrestlers reaction though to Ref calling for the bell and the confusion after, it was very sports like, as you see when the ref makes a dodgy call in a Football match or something, they both kind of calmly tried to make there own point and valid reason for winning, I think Zayn was saying "What is the issue I had him in the Sharpshooter and he tapped, where is the controversy". It sure beats getting up on the corner and pandering to the crowd, as if THEY can alter the call in your favour. Little things like that I like.

  14. Loving the serious version of Enzo and Cass. They have gone from New Age Outlaws light to a credible tag team and a threat in my eyes in the space of a couple of months. Like it a lot.

Zayn must surely be the best babyface in Wrestling today, I don't know how he manages it but he never gets booed, anywhere, ever. It's quite an astounding achievement in this day and age.
