  1. Star of the night for me was Samoa fucking Joe, I've seen this guy and followed his career for a long time but this is as good as I have ever seen him, he is like a man possessed, so motivated. I am with the people that say the blood/stoppages added to it, I really think they did, the way Joe would just push them away and fly into Balor, he was like the proverbial monster they like to describe him as. They MUST call him up to the main roster, I don't give a fuck about Vince or body types or a "look", this guy is ready, more ready than ever and he's simply better than anybody up there.

  2. Not sure if it's on here but the WWE top 10 earners list for 2015 has been published......

    (1) John Cena – $9.5 million. (Full-Time)

    (2) Brock Lesnar – $6.0 million. (Part-Time)

    (3) Triple H – $2.8 million, which includes executive salary. (Part-Time wrestler, Full-Time TV character.)

    (4) Randy Orton – $2.7 million, with a good downside guarantee while injured during the second-half of 2015. (Full-Time)

    (5) Seth Rollins – $2.4 million, based on his WWE Title run putting him in TV, PPV, and house show main events. Rollins might have been higher if not injured the final two months of the year. (Full-Time)

    (6) Roman Reigns – $2.1 million. (Like Rollins, a top star on the 52-weeks-per-year schedule.) (Full-Time)

    (7) The Undertaker – $2.0 million. (Part-Time)

    (8) Big Show – $1.5 million. (Legacy)

    (9) Kane – $1.3 million. (Legacy)

    (10) Dean Ambrose – $1.1 million. (Like Rollins & Reigns, a regular main-eventer on the 52-weeks-per-year schedule.) (Full-Time)

  3. I really enjoyed Bryan's book, found it brutally honest, to the point of being a little sad at times when he talks about his Dad and concussions and seeing how much it was hurting him, especially when you look at what has happened since. He does go into the Brie stuff, talks about them getting together coming out of the storyline when they were competing for his affection. He also does cover the indies, I really loved the stories about him going to HBK's wrestling academy, the road trip to get there is hilarious.

  4. It's a joke it really is, I'd say it is my biggest bugbear, in there mind because "you know, the people know it's entertainment, it's all a big laugh" they embellish it and run with it. NO, fucking no, you treat the audience with respect yes but in my opinion to so openly contradict characters and storylines is a massive problem, and they just don't see it. Stephanie and Hunter's twitter saying they play bad guys on a television show, the Wyatt's involved in commercials for NBC and now this bollocks, to me it all adds up and along with the actual weird booking where there are no defined heels and faces anymore, well it's a mess.

It's so easy to create that bit of intrigue with the Wyatt's. It's crazy that there booking, where they can write anything they want has made Bray LESS like a southern hillbilly that would chop you up and eat you than if they just let him be himself!!!!

  5. Watching Taker sell for Shane is the most sickening thing I've seen since I stumbled on Blue Meanie's kickstarter to pay for his mam's funeral. Just soul destroying, quite possibly the greatest character ever created in Wrestling is covering up from punches like that, it's pathetic, it's embarrassing, you have a main event where there is nothing and nobody to root for, if one guy loses it's bad and if the other guy loses it's bad. Is it Thursday yet I want to watch Lucha, this is just shit.

  6. This is Vince McMahon, I'd put the house on the fact that Vince aint seen one Nakamura match, I'd go one step further and say Vince does not and will not "get" him, the outlandish, Michael Jackson or Freddie Mercury type mannerisms, the quirkiness, Vince just does not understand all this, he is a proper weirdo that isn't into things, he doesn't know about life or pop culture or what is hip. To say he lives in a bubble would be like saying it's a bit snappy in the Antarctic.

Someone might try and tell him but at the end of the day he will either see it in Nakamura or he won't, and I've never wanted to be more wrong about a new character but he wants to hope he stays in NXT until Vince croaks, cos if not his body will get painted in tattoo's and he'll be bringing a samurai sword to the ring.

  7. Yeah I agree on Graves, he is trying to be too cute now, he always walked a fine line with me but the last few weeks he's crossed over and started bugging the piss out of me. Maybe he is buying into his own press and reading the praise in the dirt sheets or on the internet but he needs to settle down and pick the lane he wants to be in.

That video package on Alpha was brilliant, love those kind of things.

Rich Swann looked great, he has something about him that lad, lets be right he is beyond small so anything on the main roster is out but he could definitely be a prominent figure in NXT.

  8.

The main events seem to be well built with the Shane videos but just throwing the Undertaker stip into the mix doesn't make sense at the moment, Ambrose and Funk etc and HHH and Reigns in the garage but the rest of the build up leaves a lot to be desired, also no mention of where Rock, HBK etc are going to fit in.

Hopefully next weeks RAW will deliver.

It's obvious now that the people complaining that the Undertaker story 'doesn't make sense' just want everything spoonfed to them, and will complain about everything WWE do. Every reasonable question about the feud has a logical answer, even if it's not been spelled out on the shows.

No it does not at all.

  9. People defending the Shane/Taker "storyline"        Why is Shane fighting, someone tell me why, because if I had the lockbox of information that could ruin Vince's credibility and he tried to get me to do something I'd say "Nah mate your sound, If you don't hand over control to me right now then I will expose you" or "Fuck you with your Taker offer I'm Wrestling Brooklyn Brawler". It's insanity, they are literally I reckon booking this the day of the show, trying to paper over cracks and just digging a deeper hole week by week. This is without mentioning the fact that Shane's performance's since the return show have been laughable, like I can't watch this type of bad, he's been massively exposed being asked to perform and carry a main event program, but that's what happens when you don't elevate people and you ring your 46 year old son and say "Can you come back from China, I know you aint been in the ring for about 7 years but come carry the main even t of Wrestlemania".

Plus, Ambrose and Lesnar has been shit, Lesnar smashing Dean on the car was good but then what....... they had Ambrose and Heyman on the show on Monday and what did they do, they had Ambrose chopping up a table and Wrestling a 4 minute match against Strowman, WHY, fucking WHY!!!! Why didn't they have a solid, 10 minute back and forth in ring promo between Heyman and Ambrose, where Dean for once takes something seriously and says "you know what Paul, I know Brock is amachine, an ass kicking machine, he's a beast, he ended the Undertaker's streak, this is the biggest challenge I have ever faced but In adversity is where I shine, this means EVERYTHING to me, to beat Brock establishes me and I won't be denied, I will do anything to win this match". Instead of dicking about with that creep Foley and some weapons, it's utterly ridiculous.

I'm sorry, rant is over, but to me this is the worst I have ever seen.

  10. Rating dropped to a 2.44, decline from last week, due to the third hour drop off. They really are just pissing away the last hour these days aren't they, it's almost like a rib or a game now, let's see what the worst main event we can put on that still attracts more than 3 million viewers. They managed it this week, next week I'm expecting something like Ryder vs Stardust.

This is the weakest build I can ever recall for a Mania, it's pathetic. Fucking Lockbox.

  11. Jesus this New Day/LON stuff is unbearable. It's so weird, nobody knows what to do, including the crowd, there is this odd 4 on 3 dynamic so one "lad" is forced to sit out all the time, New Day absolutely tanked this week, could hear dressing room doors open and close in the back it was fucking dead out there.

Some main event that, it finished and I was thinking "ok, what we got kicking off now, something is going down", then they advertised that shit E+C show and fucked off the air.

It's drastic stuff this, if it weren't for Reigns and the AJ/Jericho feud I wouldn't even bother I don't think.

  12. I love the Andre Pics, and Mania 3, and the Hulk/Warrior match, I could look at them all day, in fact any Wrestling pictures.

I would highly recommend "Hot Shots and High Spots" by Wrestling Photographer George Napolitano, page after page of brilliant pictures with little soundbites underneath, I go back and look at it all the time, never gets old.

  13. Shane's Wrestling brain and acumen is non existent, I mean somehow, some way he managed against all odds to land a few "shots" on Taker, keep on him Shane, smother him, oh no he's stepped back to shuffle his feet and dance. Shane's pop is diminishing and I think it's best they keep him off TV until the go home show, because all he's doing is managing to screw up a sure fire hit with his terrible performances.
