  1. Audience "AOP-PEE, AOP-PEE"......Graves: Staples Centre became 2nd grade". NO, No you cunts, you fucking booked a grown man to piss himself on PPV, don't turn this into city bias or what do they say about Canada "Bizzarro land" or whatever.

That Reigns line, absolutely shameful, it's like the Ultimate Warrior's writing the fucking show. Disgrace.

  2. Another one for me has to be the RVD/Jerry Lynn feud from ECW in 1999, I remember at the time being absolutely amazed at what I was seeing, I'd been exposed to some WCW Cruiserweight matches but this was different. It was athletic in the same way but also incorporated violence and a physicality, such a fantastic blend of different styles all in one match. I have rarely seen chemistry like those two had, particularly the living dangerously match that had a sequence in which they countered each other with a chair, aint many matches I have watched as many times as that. Van Dam at that time was the coolest bastard to me, the entrance theme, the ring walk, the intro, fonzy, everything.

Might watch it later actually fuck it.

  3. Just came here to post about this match. Now that was a belting Wrestling match, best i have seen on 205 live for a long time and actually got me invested in a crossroads type of way, seemed like it had consequences with the winner being propelled forward.

WWE innit so Rush will likely beat him next week and parity is restored but for now i will enjoy what was a brilliant outing. Also i have literally never seen a springboard stunner off the bottom rope.

For old schoolers like myself, it would have to be when Jake Roberts stuck his snake on Randy Savage....Everythings right, from the black glove, to the slow walk, to the slagging off interview. Brilliance..

Yes. I watched Survivor Series and Tuesday in Texas back to back the other day, my god what a story that was, The set up at SS and the match at Tuesday in Texas, nothing fancy or technical just a proper fight between two blokes that hated each other, little things like Savage attacking as Jake walked to the ring, and Jake after hitting I think a DDT late in the match sort of pushes Savage's limp body away as he himself is selling also. Jake slapping Liz. Jake's fucking promo before the match about it not being the beginning etc. It really is unbelievably good.

My shout, Bret Hart at KOTR '93, one of my favourite PPV's of all time, mainly due to the story weaved throughout the night of Bret overcoming adversity and injury and somehow beating a fresh Bam Bam in the finals.

  5. Yeah you just named like 4 guys, who are all incredibly talented in other ways. I raise you lesnar, styles, balor, reigns, rollins, ambrose, strowman, lashley etc etc etc. How is this even being argued, vinny might give a fat lad a token run now and then but as i say, 90% of the time it goes on the chap with the bod👍

For a professional athlete that look is totally unacceptable.

Christ. Wrestler gets binned from his dream job, shortly after splitting with his long-term girlfriend. Probably eat's a shit load of carbs and showers himself in booze every night as a coping mechanism. Then gets fat-shamed for returning to work. He doesn't look THAT bad to me all things considered. Some of you cunts must look like 80's Schwarzenegger.

Not Arnie, I have been compared to Ross off Emmerdale and also Robbie Fowler, regardless, big Cass still looks shit. Wrestling is 90% cosmetic at the top level, if he ever wants to earn proper money he better lose 5 stone and tone up, otherwise he'll be performing in high school gym's and doing RF Shoots to scrape by.

  7. I think so, I'm not sold on Taven at all, in fact for me he's the shits but he seems to be getting a decent push like.

ROH has been quite poor in general lately, they need an influx of talent at the top of the card, is Hangman heading to NXT? If not get him elevated, Cobb has the TV belt currently but I see his ceiling a lot higher. They should have got Killer Kross before he went to TNA. Flip Gordon should get a boost from this Bully Ray angle, make he seem a bit more of a serious contender but is he really a main event world title guy?

  8. "The one time a year raw and smackdown superstars compete" it happened fucking 4 days ago you stupud twats!!

Renee...."you really think Braun can be manipulated like that". Wern't he basically a follower in Bray Wyatt's cult for about a sodding year.

Just stop being shit at this ffs.

Secondly, the amount of grown men wearing Alexa Bliss t-shirts. Be a fan, support your faves, whatever. But this was creepy. Really put me off-guard.

Bang on. These adult male obsessive type Bliss fans should be the subject of immediate police investigation. Ya seen the ones that wear the cut off gloves and that, scary as fuck.

  10. Dreadful show. Awful. This company has totally lost the plot.

Off the top of my head on this show were Ascension, Apollo Crews, The Lucha House Party. It's fucking Raw and it feels like Main Event two thirds of the time. Why on earth isn't Seth Rollins storming out at the start of the show and saying "Ambrose, Get ya fucking arse out here NOW" and done some kind of Savage sit down protest, literally interrupt the Raw open, have the commentators setting up the show and in the background Rollins is doing his best Austin impression and with no music marching to the ring for answers. It is absolutely warranted for what Dean did last week, instead we are to believe he waited an hour and a half in the back, being in the same building as Ambrose and just casually strolled down to the ring. Ridiculous bullshit, after last week you hunt that fucker from the minute you step foot in that arena.

Horrendous paint by numbers segment between Braun and Brock that filled me with all the enthusiasm of a colonoscopy. Heyman did his best but the fucking thing is a mess.

  11. Hasn't Tim Hornbaker just released a book, Death of the Territories. Aint read it so don't know how good it is or what exactly it covers but maybe worth a punt.

One I have read that covered various different territories is Mad Dog Vachon's book, from Canada to Texas and lots everywhere in between, it is a pretty good read.

  12. One thing I like about watching Impact is spotting the ads for what's on next, this week......Anaconda, Josh Matthews selling it like it's fucking Schindlers List. My god it's such a shit network they are on  I dunno what our equivalent is but it's gotta be one of them that shows cop programmes presented by Jamie Theakston.

Anyway, Killer Kross is still great, Fenix does things I didn't think possible and Fallah Bah is so damn loveable.

  13. Yeah good match that was.

I quite like the inclusion of Kanellis in 205, he wrestles differently to any of the other guys, a more plodding, grounded style that is good when you have a shit load of high flying on the show. Also Maria. Loads of mileage in her distracting people and Mike sneaking the win.

  14. This Elias turn is gonna be great, all the material he has....the walk with Elias bit, getting folk to chant what WWE stands for and now the added bonus of doing funny songs about heels that will get a pop when delivered. They'll probably turn him back in 2 weeks so I'm making the most of it.

  15. Another enjoyable show for me, I like the venues they are running for these shows, crowd are into it and it seems a "cool" place to actually be, rather than Orlando with all the touristy types who have zero idea who the Wrestlers are and don't follow the product.

Opener was a good match, WIllie Mack could be a hit for Impact I reckon. Main event I thought was really solid, not sure what the crack is with Aries but it put a bit of a dampener on things for me.

Also a mention for heel Moose, I'm loving this sleazy stuff he's doing, and his selling in the matches is great, borderline overdoing it but keeping it just the right side of comical. His outfits aswel
