  1. Really good show. Not as good as previous takeovers but solid. I don’t get the hate for Adam Cole from so many people. I like him. And the rest of Undisputed Era. Roddy needed to turn heel. He’s much better in that role than as a face. You could see it coming on the pre show interview when he was being so positive. Makes sense for him to be the tag champ in they do the freebird rule now that Cole is a singles champ. Cole seemingly has got the Booker T in impact treatment. Don’t want to make him the main champ so a belt is created for him.

Glad Shayna won. Good finish to the match. Embers good and everything but her whole character is a sulky face who pouts a lot, so she was hard to invest in.

I think Almas and Blacks match was slightly better than last years. But I need to rewatch that again. Great match though. I hope Almas and Vega thrive on the main roster.

Main event told a fantastic story. We got the only ‘you deserve it’ chant in recent times that actually made sense. Johnny playing the resilient baby face who showed heart and even a moral dilemma with not hitting Ciampa with the crutch and trying to get him to show redemption was a fantastic touch. Johnny kills it every time. Such a great baby face who you can’t ever route against.

He was feeling numbness in his arms about what, 2 years ago? Whilst in his early 20s.

I think I’ve mentioned it before, but he cut a promo a couple years back in rev pro saying his back and neck were fucked. Can’t remember if he mentioned numbness in his arms, but he said he was gonna take a lot of time off the next year to recover. And he didn’t. And he carried on doing all the crazy stuff he does now. Will has always come across as a bit thick, so I don’t know what will need to happen to him for it to finally click in his brain to make him stop. Because I don’t think this latest incident will.

  3. 205 Live having another great week. Andrews vs Nese was a solid match and the main event was really good. Some great spots in the match, Buddy Murphy really shined and I’m big fan of his finisher.

  4. It was a great visual though. The fans looking shocked and confused about what happened and the stadium in near silence. Me and my friends were all talking and laughing beforehand as we had lost interest in the match and then we was stunned into silence for a good couple of minutes. We all briefly looked at each other and then back to the screen. I broke the silence with a “hmm”. Followed by my friend texting me asking what just happened. Would we all agree it’s the biggest and most memorable moment in Wrestlemania history?

Thank god Bryan won later on. I don’t know people would’ve cope with Randy or Batista winning.

  5. I’ll think it’ll be Mustafi Ali in the final. Play into him and Cedric being friends and teaming regularly and there’s been subtle hints of Ali turning on him. Cedric was always going to the final considering he was the last number 1 contender. Great match between him and Roddy. Strong has been fantastic on 205 Live

  6. Someone mentioned on twitter last night that Charlotte hasn’t lost a singles match in 5 months. Maybe wwe will mention her current streak. Obviously it doesn’t compare to Asuka’s, but it’s something else Charlotte is defending as well as the title.

  7. They're almost going down the Wrestlemania 2000 card with all the multiman matches that have been announced and could still be announced for next month.

Fastlane was a solid enough show. Only match that wasn’t any good was Becky and Naomi vs Carmella and Nattie.

Ruby Riott looked very good in her match with Charlotte.

Bobby Roode and Orton was actually decent. If they could’ve switched it up another gear, it could’ve been really good. I have no idea how Jinder is still a thing after his performances last year.

Usos vs New Day was going great until the interference. It was needed, Harper and Rowan really needed to look like monsters against the brands two top teams and their demolition of them was fantastic.

Great main event. How is Shane still a face at this point? I know Kevin and Sami are the heels, but the character of Shane and what he’s doing is pretty much that of a power abusing dickhead. And he still gets reactions. I have no idea where this is leading too as we’ve already seen Kevin vs Shane. Unless they somehow make it Kevin and Sami vs Shane and a returning Daniel Bryan.

Saying that, I think Kyle O'Reilly's hurt, so unless they sub someone else into the stable, perhaps not.

It’s Bobby Fish who’s injured. I wonder if they’ll use a freebird rule so Cole can hold the title with O’Reilly

I must say I was really impressed with Cody outside of the ring. I met him at a Ring Of Honor meet and greet last year while everyone was in the queue for the Young Bucks and rather being the generic 'sign - smile - move on - no questions' ex WWE guy, he actually seemed invested in the fans. He actually asked me a couple of questions, stood up the whole time and when I attempted to take a selfie he said something along the lines of 'hang on, let's get a proper picture' called someone over (as every other person in the venue was in that Bucks queue!) and really put the effort in. Made sure to shake my hand a couple of times before I left while asking another question or two and really left me with a positive impression. Took me by surprise and gained a lot of my respect for sure.

Was this at York Hall? Because I also had a fantastic experience with him during the meet and greet.

Seriously, I'm concerned about Kurt Angle. What in the fuck has happened to him? This guy used to have so much natural charisma and promo ability and nowadays he's just a bumbling mess that trips over his words most of the time. Am I being harsh?

I’d imagine it’s the concussions and drugs, mate. The glazed look in his eyes tells the story. The lights are on but no ones home. It’s a shame considering how good he was on the mic and the comedy timing he had. Maybe the next GM they get isn’t one riddled with brain injuries.

I have nothing against tattoos, however wacky the placement. I have nothing against a pithy phrase. My main issue is that biting doesn’t sound that much of a threat. It sounds more annoying than anything.

”talk shit, get hit” has the same rhyming pattern... “talk shit, get twatted” would have been better.

We should set up a GoFundMe to get it changed to “talk shit, get A bit battered”. Sure, it’d snake up her wrist but they sell elbow length gloves. They were all the rage in the 80’s.

I think it’s all to do with her Glampire gimmick that she has.

  12. The gauntlet match to open Raw was excellent. What a great way to start the show, having nearly two hours of wrestling. Seth’s hour was the main highlight of the gauntlet match. And then it went back to the usual Raw of phoning it in for the last hour. But still, one of the better go home shows lately.

I wonder who else will be in the tournament.

Unless Noam Dar, Brian Kendrick, Neville or Rich Swann come back in the next 2 weeks they're going to need at least 1 more 'surprise' entry.

    I’m hoping for Oney Lorcan

McGuinness mentioned on commentary TJP has been wrestling longer than Tyler Bate's been alive.  Crazy.  They look the same age.

He was wrong on that. Bate was born in 97 and TJP started wrestling in 98
