That's the 2 out of 3 falls match isn't it?
The 2 out of 3 falls match is the episode after. Im lookig forward to watching that one to be honest - especially considering how much I enjoyed them1st one. When Jannetty was "on form" he was really good and if he had kept all of his shit together he could have gone to the upper leves of the WWE quite easily .
-
One of the early episodes of Monday Night Raw (episode 21) features a great little match between Marty Jannetty and Doink. In fact its a very good episode overall.
-
Yeah, the buffering has been sorted seemingly. Now I can watch Fall Brawl 2000 stress free.
Â
Hopefully all sorted now, been watching Summerslam 2015, but looking forward to getting back to watching some of the old Raws, Nitros etc.....

If anyone turns up without clicking "view details" they are thick as fuck.
There are quite a few people around who are exactly that!
-
Erm…
Â
I know the are plugging the 22 August as "Warrior Day" but if anyone turns up based on that promotial picture I can imagine they will be dissapointed.
-
The past few days the picture quality has been awful for me, I have watched a Clash of the Champions from 1995 and Survivor Series 2006 amd the picture has been pixelated for the majority of the show and buffers a few times. It is the first time I have had an issues with the Network since the launch.
-
Nitro #69-#75 (January-mid February 97) now on the network. Hopefully they continue to add more
Â
Imwas only thinking a few days ago that there has hardly been any "vintage" content added for what seems like months. Hopefully this is the start of them increasing content.

Is warrior actually dead, I've just watched his wife at the 2015 hall of fame speech and it's seems incredibly false.
Funnny you should say that, I have a friend who is adamant that Warrior is still alive but now living back under his original name - his rational behind his thinking.... Because there was virtually no publicity surrounding his funeral.

ÂJust watched some of Summerslam 93 on the network and noticed what a chunky monkey Shawn Michaels was back in 93. I recall in interviews he's said he put on a lot of weight around that time due to trying to go toe to toe with Nash at the buffet table. Do we think this is the most rotund (and with that mullet to boot least 'sexy boy' HBK) we ever saw or is there evidence of his waistline expanding even further in this time period?
Â
I'm sure a cage match is floating around with him facing Marty Jannetty and he is huge. Might have been on the first "Cage Match" DVD released over here. I remember Monsoon and Johnny Polo were on commentary. Monsoon gets in a few digs.
Yes it is on that DVD. It was quite amusing to hear Monsoon having a dig.

Dave Meltzer is reporting that Hulk Hogan is gone from the WWE. All things Hogan have been removed from WWE.com
-
Observer reports the plan is for Brock Lesnar to lose to Taker at Summerslam. I surely can't be the only person that think that's the most pointless and counterproductive option.
It does to be honest. However, if it wasn't a clean finish or a screw job then it wouldnt be too bad and Brock would still have some momentum.
-
Just watched Open Grave - despite it getting pretty poor reviews it wasn't too bad with a pretty cool twist at the end.

What was your favourite retro gaming console/magazines when you was growing up?Â
Â
I can go as far back as the Atari 2600 Jr.Â
Â
The Smurfs, Roadrunner, River Raid, Jungle Hunt, Mario Bros of course PacMan.Â
Â
Magazines has to be the Mean Machines run later known Mean Machines Sega up-til 1997.
Think my favourite comsole was the SNES, despite me not owning one until after the N64 was released (I had a Mega Drive, during the 16 bit wars, which is still far better than the current consoles IMO)
Â
Favourite Magazines - TOTAL! - which I still have in pristine condition, I also use to buy Sega Power and Mega (Untill it moved from Future Publishing to Maverick Magazines) I aslo brought the first years worth of Edge Magazine.
Â
Speaking of magazines, who remembers Arcade Magazine from the late 1990's ? Was a good magazine whihc had a pretty small run.

Hulk Hogan has blocked me on Twitter. I can't recall ever tweeting him.
Try logging onto Twitter on a different device, On my iPad it says I am blocked by a specific user but on my phone I am not blocked by them, and can see their tweets.

ÂCheers Sheepy. That's an awesome link.
Link to the big version of Kane in his cape: http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/photo_large_lightbox/public/photo/image/2015/06/002_RAW_11151997_0018-189167421.jpg
Â
He's being escorted to the ring by 2015 Kane:
Â
Looks like an overweight Steve McDonald!

Yeah I always wanted the same jacket with the same printing on brets for so long, probably still would wear it and fancy one now.
Not the same thing I know but on Bret Hart's website a while back he was selling a tshirt with the same printing and design, looked great!

Â
ÂMike Tyson couldn't manage to correctly point at his bollocks and got the name of the biggest star in WWE at the time backwards, it's no wonder he made a plums of the finish
Â
People love to reminisce over "Cold Stone" but I found it even more ridiculous that he described the 3-time WWF Champion Shawn Michaels as "an up and coming hungry young tiger."
I thought the "an up and coming hungry young tiger." line was just a dig at WCW.
-
Every photo I have seen of him in the last 18-24months, he is doing some kind of hand gesture, which is how he now communicates as he struggles to speak - there was also one video of him taking the piss at a wrestling convention meet n greet.Â
In all seriousness, surely it'd be better if he was put out of his misery? It must be horrendous for himBobby Heenan is 70 years old now. He's had two bouts with cancer, half his jaw removed, a broken neck, spinal fusion, broken hips, knee replacements and all sorts of other stuff. He's never going to die. Life has tried its best to kill him off, its simply not happening.
Â
I'm of opinion that if he was miserable or wasn't comfortable with how he looked, he would not participate in such events.

The Babadook.
A rare horror that makes you feel for the main characters. Brilliantly acted and genuinely creepy. I really enjoyed it, I know some haven't but yeah, quite an emotional film as well as a scary one.
Really good film, although I did want them to explore the whole is it sleep deprivation that is making me believe these things are happening? more as it seemed to distance itself from that in the last 25 minutes or so.
-
Watching some early Raw is War episodes from 1998 on the WWE network and I may be in the minority but, I quite like Kevin Kelly as part of the 3 man commentary team.
-
Hasn't tiger_rick done one? Thought he'd posted about it recently.[/quote
Â
Yes, there is one available, Im sure I have it somewhere will need to check though.
-
Quite enjoyed it, it passed an hour away thats for sure. Whilst not keen on John Cena the wrestler, he does comes across really well and seems like a decemt guy. Jericho is ok as a host, cannot believe Vince will be happy with the whole steriods line.

The documentary on the The Iron Shiek (simply titled. 'The Shiek') is now on US Netflix for anyone who is interested
Been meaning to watch this for a while, I have heard some good things about it.
-
For those interested, the 30 years Wrestlemania kindle book is available on Amazon for £2.99.
Best things to watch on the network?

Given how thin on the ground the WWE was for talent in 1995 / 1996 I think he could of done. A talent wasted for sure.
