Is the Great American Bash '85 on the Network in full? If I'm remembering correctly, it has never been released in full, but the WWE did have a master copy of the full show in their vault, so wondered if it was there.

I really hope they add the ability to sort/view the PPV archive by year & the PPV's are listed chronologically so I can just pick a company & marathon the PPV's with ease. A resume feature wouldn't hurt either.

I don't have the network, so feel free to correct me, but I could've sworn when they were doing one of their three thousand promos on Raw, they showed King going through the PPVs chronologically on his tablet?

Having a look through Wikipedia leads me to believe that Judgement Day 2008 is probably the answer.

The Fall Brawl match was on the Goldberg set. but I don't know of any set with the cage match from Nitro.

I think the whole thing wasn't helped by the fact that they thought Marber was a dick. I think that if Marber hadn't been involved, things would have worked out better.

I remember Herring telling an amusing story on RHLSTP of when he/Lee were on a plane with Armando Iannucci which experienced turbulence and Iannucci cleared the air on the whole thing, because he thought he was going to die on this hour-long domestic flight from Glasgow to London and didn't want to leave it uncleared.

Robbie E is in a great position for himself. He can be positioned as a legitimate contender for the X Division, Tag or Television (hey, it's still a title to me) titles. He doesn't need to win those titles at all, but he works as a stopgap contender who can be chucked in at short notice. Also, he makes a great TV opponent for the bigger faces (particularly in his current citizenship of Dixieland) to run over in 6/7 minutes. Look at 2012's BFG series, and in particular his match with Jeff Hardy. He's over, in that he gets a reaction, and with his current backup of Jessie and Zema, he is the all-purpose wrestler who you can just throw out in any situation you have to plug a gap in with a heel, be it a multi-man, a squash, or a lower title match.

I listened to the Figure Four Daily podcast for the first time and, dear god, Brian Alvarez is just the most insufferable cunt I've heard in a long time. He just did my tits in the whole time, constantly arguing and acting like a prick to his guest.

Did anyone see the eight-man tag on Superstars this week between Los Matadores and the Usos taking on 3MB and Curt Hawkins (who was "auditioning" to join 3MB)? I've not been very interested in many matches (particularly on TV) over the last few months, but this was a match I enjoyed. It wasn't long anough to lose my interest and was a quick, fun match with a great finish, definitely worth a go if you're on the hunt for something fun to watch.

MVP went into length when he was on Court Bauer's podcast about when he debuted, he was originally going to have sponsors on his gear, with them plugging how he was endorsed by companies like Burger King and Nike. The idea was nixed, I believe, because there was a ton of rights issues regarding the logos once the five year contract (purely an example for talking sake) had expired and would have probably resulted in them being forced to blur half his outfit out.

I think it was more of a case of failed gimmicks rather than no gimmicks.

Battlebowl was the battle royal where they fought for the ring, the people who won World War III at least got a title shot, although when was never really clarified. I liked World War III. It was like when you go on holiday and watch the TV even though it's in a foreign language. I didn't understand any of it, but I enjoyed the novelty and spectacle of it.

I think voting for Khali is unfair. At this stage in his career, he isn't really designed for people who frequent the UKFF. He's a freakshow oddity with non-existent knees who dances for the amusement of children and has three minute matches. He never gets given enough time to put on a truly awful match. I'd much rather see a Khali match than anyone else on this list with the exception of Sin Cara, because at least it's something different. It's anti-workrate, but fuck it, it's never long enough to be offensive.

Are you maybe thinking of the five-count for the illegal man in tag matches? That's been in a few times and it always annoys me when I get a premature DQ ending.

After revisiting Brock vs. Taker - HIAC, I was wondering if there's anyone else who can recommend matches where one of the guys wore a cast and used it in the match? Also, matches that involve injured hands/fingers or simply have a lot of handwork in them? I thought of Regal vs. Ohno and know there's others, but I can't think of any at the moment. Anyone there who can help?

The thing that interests me from that statement is this:

A green light for them to show old Impacts and weekly PPVs? They had asked about whether people wanted to see more on Facebook, but that's not exactly stone cold concrete proof. I'd reaaly love to see some old TNA repeats.

On a related note, I think this signifies the death of TNA's Greatest Matches. I had wanted them to make more, because as much as I enjoyed the first fortnight where they showed them all, but there's only so many times I can see Angle vs. Wolfe before I'll start changing the channel.

What ever happened to skullduggery and the all American boy?

Two guys from that "Pro Wrestling Exposed" NBC show? "Skullduggery" was Donovan Morgan and "All American Boy" was Mike Modest. Both worked for NOAH didn't they?

Extreme Cheapskates on TLC had a wrestler named Matt Rivera on it, who used teabags in a scooshie bottle to fake tan himself. They showed footage of him getting a TNA try-out wearing boots with cellotape as you could see Angle, Magnus and Sabin trying to hold off the sniggers. Joel Maximo got a cameo too!

It's on just now, so you can watch it on TLC+1 at 10PM. He's on about half past. It's only a 10 minute segment, but it's well worth a watch.

AJ Styles in CZDUB!~ Anything less than a Styles Clash off a balcony into a stack of barbed wire, chairs and lighttubes will be a letdown.

They're releasing these PPVs on DVD! Why? Who the hell is ever going to want to buy these lifeless events of no consequence. All these events have been absolutely dead inside and outside the ring. I feel they could at least include the corresponding faux-PPV Impacts (Turning Point, Final Resolution etc.) on a second disc because I highly doubt those will ever see a full release. The fact they have a gaping chasm of documented storyline (excluding BFG and Lockdown), but have all of these DVDs is pretty shocking.

Really, none of these things matter in the TNA microcosm, the selling point of these PPVs are that they feature good wrestling matches, isn't it? Well that's useless, because we have good wrestling matches coming out of our ears, and the dead crowd does nothing for this event.

I think they would probably do better if they just chucked out a "Joe vs. Angle" PPV where they show their various PPV matches with some videos in between telling the story or just had a Best Of PPV with some talking heads in between. People would probably be more likely to buy it, much like if they released it as a DVD.

I'm actually looking forwatd to the copious nostalgia binge of daily non-dull TNA. Does anyone remember when Bravo went mad for the summer and just showed Impacts every morning for like four months? Am I right in saying this was them finally catching up with a ridiculous air delay? This was during my uni years where I had aeons of time to kill between terms, and this was like prime Nash/Steiner/MEM-era Impact. I distinctly remember Chris Harris smashing James Storm with a bottle and blinding him. It was also followed by MONSTER JAM.
