  1. Nova's shoot interview preview is a wonderful thing.. He genuinely seems to be out his nut on coke.

Crikey he does seem "ahem" wired doesnt he!

Maybe worth a purchase as seems like he has no care about who he shoots on or upsets!

  2. To be honest ive gone from loving Foley uptil 2000 to literally year on year loathing him by 2014. He just comes accross as a bitter, penny pinching so and so whose a c**t in real life.

  3. Warriors wife, Dana, has just posted a letter to the fans on Warriors facebook page. Can't link at the moment as i'm at work but its quite an upsetting read. There's also a picture of the family together backstage at the Hall of Fame.

    Sad stuff indeed!

  4. It would have been interesting. It isnt out of the realms that Warrior could have evolved (undertaker did & so did Sting & even Muta). A calmer, darker and toned down Warrior would be interesting to see. He certainly had the physique, name value & brawl style.

In theory you could end up with Corporate ministry vs a version of OWN (interesting concept).

Its what really gripes me about wcw 98. They could have made a BIG deal of having Sting and Warrior as a team but wasted it!

    Again its another what if.

Its quite sad that it took ao long for both parties to reconcile. Had both seen the light earlier we'd have had more Warrior & given the right booking he'd have made HUGE $$$$$ (vs Sting,Goldberg, McMahon,Lesnar, Angle, etc) & an even bigger legacy!

Very sad, he walked away & most thought he'd escaped with his health. But he didnt even get that. In some ways maybe he'd have been better off staying in the biz. Its likely wwe would have found the heart issues earlier & he may be about now!

  5. I just hope if he did know that he wasnt stubborn & carried on with his lunatic workouts. You can live for years with this if managed right & itd be awful if he did go through stubborness & not listening to the doctors

  6. So cardio vascular disease for some time.

Wonder how long he's known??? He looked great last year so can only imagine its come on bad recently. Or he ignored it and continued with his insane workouts.

He may even have been given a 'timescale' hence the return to wwe, & the chance to repair his legacy & ensure financial security for family.

  7. Been hitting youtube & i hadnt noticed it that much but when u look at Warrior in the wwe game promo & then watch his dvd interview & HOF/Raw he looks so different. Alot older? Redder & puffier even than less than a year ago.

Im actually leaning towards Maybe he had health issues he was aware of & elected to make amends to:

    1) secure his family financially

    2) repair his own legacy that wwe had tarnished with 'that' dvd

    3) leave the business on his terms

  8. In other words : massive heartattack!

Looking at him on Raw he probably had a funny turn/felt bad that day & elected to shrug it off! Wouldnt surprise me if he worked out after en all. He seemed quite self damaging in that way:

In the gym at 4am working out for hours

    Sleeping 3-4 hrs a night

Overtraining (he didnt believe it existed)

Ignoring dr's (had bicep re-attached, came home and started banging out reps on resistance bands that day

    Massive intakes of coffee

+ the kind of character that just doesnt relax

(All the above proven by the way or admitted to)

Guess it caught up with him!

Also this should have no baring on Sting comeback. UW didnt pass during or post match! He'd wrestled 1 match in 16 years and only a few 91-96. This wasnt wrestling related!

  9. Im gutted

Seems very odd considering a year ago he was youtubing post workout & saying how he workouts out like a loon still

Very odd that he'd 'go' doing something simple and not during his mental workouts.

He never seemed bothered about the fame so if he was ill id have thought & he'd have disapeared off radar.

His hair looked longer and he looks big so i hope he didnt get on the gas with a view to returning???

Really feel for his kids. Didnt smoke, drink, stay up late, do drugs or (according to him) use roids since 91 and this & yet Roberts & Hall 2 major cainers look better & healthier than in years!

Maybe 35+ yrs of exercising like mad & being so worked out did him??

It is mental though that he'd do a speech like that & then pass

    Very sad!

  10. Don't think the KC guys like Raven, Sean Oliver has mentioned him being really difficult to work with when they did a Guest Booker mentioning his superiority complex and weird food demands. Think he annoyed him during the Saturn youshoot by landing in and telling them a load of things they were doing wrong too.

Raven must have the most shoots of anyone.

I liked his first 2 & the first Raven & sandman. But after that it got silly.

The 'secrets if the ring' ones were painful. He'd start off saying it was going to be about xxxx & then he'd change his mind & itd end up 90 mins of old stories, opinions & taking forever to get to the point. ROH must have got fed up as they pulled the plug in him

Wish these youshoot guts were around 10 yrs ago. Rf video are sh*t & all those interviews (esp the ones with the now deceased) look such a waste now

  11. I'm about 20 minutes in to the new Timeline and Beefcake is completely off his tits by the look and sound of him. The best story so far was when he was asked about the athletic commission denying him permission to wrestle one time and him saying they were told to deny him permission (no idea who by) because he was working against Ultimate Warrior (in early 89 mind, when both were babyfaces) and they needed an excuse to cancel the match because Warrior threw a tantrum about having to lose to Beefcake. He then somehow linked this to Warrior going on to beat Honky Tonk for the title instead of him (which had happened 6 months earlier).

    *EDIT*

Hahaha, he totally just topped the story above with this exchange when discussing Sherri coming in to manage Savage:

Oliver: "So are Randy and Liz still together at this point?"

Beefcake (looking totally smashed): "No, Liz is dead......."

    Oliver:

I just checked this out. To be fair ol Bruti looks in good nick, but IS blatantly off his tits!

  12. what was that Gobbedly Gooker thing all about?? was McMahon on crack or what as that has to rank up there with wrestling biggest sh*ts!!!

still have no idea why he did that. Unveil a new someone like they did with the narcissist at RR 93 or something, but dont do something that stupid.

if i remmeber (was only about 10-11 i think) at the time the BIG surprise was thought to be Sting coming in to feud with warrior. Then WWE did that sh*t!

  13. The only thing that makes me think that it may have a 'surprise' is the fact that Vignette's usually have some continuity. In the vignette, taker is clearly in the house and even the pis of his face he is dry and inside. As it goes on it distinctly shows the coat wearer OUTSIDE and walking to the house.

As much as i hate to admit it, and iot'll probably come to nothing, but WWE has at least made me 'interested'/eager to see what happens.

  14. Im going to stop deluding myself that WWE can shock me twice in one year (Nash coming out as Diesel), Sting coming in isnt going to happen, its yet another "YAWN" return of the udnertaker vignette. Dont get me wrong i love Taker but, it seems like he has to only disapear to take a sh*t and WWE do a 'return' vignette on it. If hes been away 6-9-12 months ok fine do one, not a couple of months!

  15. its just a pity that the WWE is intent on giving us what it thinks we want as opposed to what we actually want. I do not undertsand why, when ppv buy rates and ratings show that the WWE is having a down period, why they dont change?

I think its a case of Vince knows best and considering the company has outlived all its opposition (TNA exc) like WCW, ECW, NWA Vince probbaly thinks hes untouchable and bulletproof. This i think has led to a stagnant product, that hasnt created any new superstars (CM Punk was already ready to go) and just goes through the motions.

personalli i think the only one who can save the WWE is SID, lol
