  1. I enjoyed Ziggler vs Barrett, Kidd & Cesaro and the ambulance match (apart from the result). Everything else was dull.

Around a year back Reigns had a match on Raw with Mark Henry which he won, decisively, in about 3 minutes. That's the kind of match he should be having with Big Show! Him selling every week for 10-15 minutes is killing the bloke.

Similarly, Ambrose could do with a decisive big win soon. Since the Shield broke I don't think he's won a big match, has he? I understand they probably want to keep Wyatt strong for a big Mania feud, but surely there's ways of doing that whilst making Ambrose look strong too?

At the moment, the face going into the Rumble with the most momentum has been injured for the past eight months.

  2. Can Jericho fuck off for good now? He's been shite for years but here he was just embarrassing.

I know a lot of people aren't enjoying WWE much at the moment but I'm still finding it decent enough. Cena/Rollins was a great match, the thought of Rusev vs Ryback has me excited, and Roman Reigns looked like a star. Lesnar is incredible too, him destroying Jericho was brilliant.

  3. I've saw 29 of those top 50 films. Boyhood probably isn't even in my top 10. It was good though.

So far, my top 15 would probably be; (In chronological order as I haven't quiet decided which I prefer yet!)

Inside Llewyn Davis - Oscar Isaac is incredible and the soundtrack is my favourite of the year, right next to Guardians of the Galaxy.

12 Years A Slave - Just powerful filmmaking.

Dallas Buyers Club - There ain't nothin out there that can kill Ron Woodruff in 30 days.

Her - The only film this year that made me cry. I watched this in a completely empty cinema too. Decent experience.

X-Men: Days Of Future Past - Guardians was more fun but I enjoyed the period setting.

Calvary - Brendan Gleeson being incredible again. Good ending too.

Locke - Manages to make concrete interesting.

The Grand Budapest Hotel - I didn't think Ralph Fiennes would ever top his role in In Bruges but he has here.

The Two Faces Of January - Strong Hitchcockian cat-and-mouse thriller.Once again Oscar Isaac is good and sexy.

Edge Of Tomorrow - The final third is a little dull but the chemistry between Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt is great. Are there still people out there who still dislike Tom Cruise? And if so, why?

Cold in July - Similar to Two Faces, one of those little thrillers that are easily my favourite kind of film.

    Honourables mentions;

    Nymphomaniac

    The Stag

    God's Pocket

    Begin Again

    Locke

  4. Makes no sense to me. If everybody goes to see a film because Brad Pitt is in it, then some new actor in it that nobody knows ends up stealing the film, people don't come out of the cinema saying 'that Jimmy Bollock was great in it, but Brad Pitt was the better actor'.

Wasn't Blurred Lines the best-selling song of last year? So following this line of thinking, Blurred Lines was the best song of all of 2013.

  5. Last night I was a new detective investigating a Se7en-esque serial killer case, and my partner was Sly Stallone working his last case before retirement. Bruce Willis kept popping up now and again and everyone would refer to him as the best detective ever but a bit of a nutter. The serial killer ended up getting to Sly (RIP) so Willis had to become my new partner. He found the serial killer immediately and shot the fucker to death. I woke up before I got to see who the killer was  :(
