Daniel Fitch Posted March 4, 2004 Share Posted March 4, 2004 Having read through everything thats ben said on here and the full report theres a lot of alrming things being brought up by you guys on here.Firstly we have to put this in context - Feinstein was the one was firstly contacted this boy, he was also the one that knowingly went to a 14 year old boys house. Reading the report one of the most alarming aspects of this is when the boy tells rob his asge and he responds with "lets pretend your 18". Now that suggests to me that if Rob thinks hes 18 then he'll be okay for him to "chill" with. If he was to goto house and have sex with a minor you can guarntee that he'd come out with "honestly guv, he swore he was 18" line.Now, I'm certainly not naive, and I'm hoping that none of you are - but do you honestly think that this was Rob's first time of this. How many of you would travel to meet someone after only talking to them on the Internet and twice on the phone? My main concern is that he's done this before, and much like many cases of this kind people will come forward when its not just the spotlight on them. I really can't believe many peoples comments about ROH. Yes, its a very enjoyable promotion, but as someone else has already pointed out, all of its stars travel between several promotions - and some smart promotor is bound to be watching this unfold hoping to get in on ROH act by taking their stars and starting afresh. After all ROH is only an independent wrestling promtion that draws something like 1,500 per show. I can see many wrestlers not wanting to work for the company again, although they say that Rob has nothing to do with the company any more I;d be very surprised if he wasn't still working behind the scenes - much like Vince McMahon did in 1992 with the whole Pat Patterson scandal. Since his debut near about InVasion 2001 he was very over & got to wrestle in one or two main events & since then has been stuck in the Midcard level. Â I definetley don't think they'll change the Ring of Honor name, there is completley no point.. 1. It's a good name, 2. I cant think of anything else. Â Either way, RF is fucked up, what a complete bastard.
