The contenders: BARON CORBIN This year Baron found himself both the 'Constable' and a focal point of most episodes of Raw. It didn't result in ratings. BROCK LESNAR Part time Universal Champion who half-arsedly beat Roman Reigns, eventually lost it... only to win it back again by squashing Strowman. EC3 The Top 1 Percent was a big name signing for NXT but failed to make any impact (pun). Will he fare better on the main roster? KASSIUS OHNO Got Takeover appearances against Velveteen Dream and Matt Riddle, but Ohno's physique continues to be off-putting for some. NIA JAX Flip-flopped between face and heel depending on whether WWE wanted her to be a bully or the bullied. Broke Becky Lynch's face. SASHA BANKS The Boss has spent much of the year as a non-entity, with a Bayley feud going nowhere via the 'Boss N' Hug Connection' tag team.
