"Return of The King"

On July 15th, PPW returns to the West Bromwich Labour Club with a huge Double Main Event:

PPW Championship Number 1 Contender's Match:

At PPW's June event, PPW Champion El Ligero and Jonny Storm fought over the PPW Championship in a classic back and forth, technically sound contest, that was perhaps even better that their match in May!

However, at around the twenty minute mark, Ligero vs Storm II was brought to a premature end by a jealous Paul Malen and his co-conspirator Joseph Conners. First they lowered the top ring rope, causing Storm to come crashing down onto the wooden floor. Then, as Conners brawled with Storm on the outside, Malen turned his attention to the PPW Champion, violently assaulting him with one of my crutches. Not done there, Malen then attacked a helpless PPW Announcer Mark Adams, as he attempted to revive a lifeless El Ligero, breaking his jaw and stomping on his glasses. Malen then got on house mic and challenged El Ligero to a shot at his PPW Championship. However the Champion remained unconscious from the assault and was unable to respond to the challenge. Storm, having recovered from the Malen/Conners assault, then acused Malen of trying to jump the queue and cheat his way into the Number 1 Contender spot for the PPW Championship, and went on to challenge Malen to a Number 1 Contender's Match on the next show on July 15th. Malen reluctantly accepted and the match was made.

At PPW's Friday 13th Spectacular in May, West Bromwich's local hero "The Rapid Fire" Tommy Gunn overcame the odds in defeating one of the toughest brawlers in British Wrestling today, Scotland's Kid Fite, to become the King of the Deathmatch 2011. Wrestlers and fans alike suggested at the time that this was one of the best matches, if not the best match, in PPW history. Coming back this month from the injuries he picked up in that match, Tommy Gunn has challenged Kid Fite to a rematch in order to prove he deserves his place in the upper-tier of British Wrestling.

CZW Star "The University City Stretcher" DREW GULAK is coming to PPW!!!!

Coming across the pond to make his PPW debut on July 15th; the American grappler, Gulak, is one of the most technically gifted performers in the USA right now. Throw into the mix one of Scotland's finest up and coming talents, Scott Maverick, and you already have a match that is main event calibre on any given night. However, as always, PPW always strives to go one better - by making it a COMBAT ZONE STREET FIGHT!! This match could steal the show!!

!!! MYSTERY MAN HEADING TO PPW !!!

After his loss to "Hellraiser" Brian Wright back in March, PPW fan favourite Joey Sanchez is returning to exact some revenge - and this time he is not alone!!

On July 15th, Wright will be teaming up with Evolution League leader "Luscious" Lucas Black, but Sanchez will not reveal who is mystery partner is!! All he has revealed is that his partner will be nothing like anything ever seen in PPW before, and will defintely make a huge impact on his PPW debut!!

Guess everyone will find out this Friday!!

TWO OF SCOTLAND'S MOST POPULAR YOUNG TALENTS IN EVOLUTION LEAGUE CLASH

The popularity of the PPW Evolution League continues to grow and grow, and on July 15th it promises to get perhaps even more exciting when two of Scotland's most gifted youngsters tie up in what promises to be one of the most anticipated matches of the league so far!!

Davey Blaze's star continues to rise North of the border as one half of the amazing Blaze and Rampage tag team, but his individual skills will be put to the test when he goes toe to toe with Steven Xavier, who is one of the most naturally gifted cruiserweights to emerge from a prolific young breed of Scottish talent over recent years.

Also competing in the Evolution League this month:

Matt Pedin is one of the firm fan favourites in the Evolution League and, after his controversial loss at the hands of Lucas Black last month, Pedin will be keen to chip away at "The Luscious One's" lead this month. Feerick on the other hand has never been interested in what the fans think, and will be equally keen to kick start his own bid for Evolution League glory.

!! "TEXTBOOK CHALLENGE" RETURNS ON JULY 15TH !!

Any plans for a womens match on this show?

Lets hope so, I could do with a laugh

I'll be there unless I get something major pop up, The two I've been along to have been class shows and the last had a top atmosphere to boot.

It's looking a good show already.

The curse continues. Will have to miss this show as I want to see Davey Richards and I can only make his Friday appearance.

Good luck with the show.

A lot of people are going to see Richards on that day. Richards is also in the Midlands for the Saturday before heading off to Futureshock. Hope you can make a show in the future mate.

Back on topic kind of, can't wait to see who the Textbook Challenge is against.
