Really fun match. Masao Inoue was the star of the show, and Kobashi really is larger than life. Not even Inoue's cleavage hair could save his chest from Kobashi's chops, no matter how hard he tried. And the main reason you should watch this? Kobashi gets his hands on Zack.

Zack gets off lightly in the end compared to the state of Taue and Inoue's chests.

Do people on here think Cabana will be brought back for more tours. Hows he doing over there seems to be getting jobbed out alot

That's pretty much how young gaijin are booked in NOAH, they usually take all the falls and use the tours as learning experiences.

Plus it means something when they finally get a win.

The very first time I ever saw Zack Sabre Jnr was at the very first Pro Wrestling NOAH European Navigation show in 2008. There he was part of a six man dark match that wow'd the massive crowd at the Coventry Skydome and marked a fantastic opening to what was my favourite show from 2008. Said match was also voted UKFF's best all British match of 2008, and he rounded that weekend off by taking then GHC Jnr Heavyweight Champion, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, to a 20 minute draw the next night. It was clear to everyone back then that Zack was destined for greater things, and in the time that has elapsed since now and then, he has only gone from strength to strength. It become obvious to me last year, in a return match against Kanemaru, this time for the prestigious GHC Jnr Heavyweight Champion, that Zack Sabre Jnr was ready for a place in, and could quite easily fit in as a member of the Pro Wrestling NOAH roster. In fact when the 2011 NOAH UK shows were announced, one man was practically universal on everyones wishlist - Zack Sabre Jnr. And everybody who wanted to see Zack on these shows were not disappointed when Zack was officially announced, and were over the moon with his announced matches - Katsuhiko Nakajima on Night 1 and KENTA on Night 2. Zack was going to have to show his worth to the NOAH office by taking on two former GHC Jnr Heavyweight Champions, and two of the best junior heavyweight wrestlers in the world. Zack more than held his own against both opponents, and eventhough being on the losing end in both matches, he received a standing ovation from the crowd each night.Zack had definitely done more than enough to impress the NOAH officials, so much so that Zack was officially announced to take part in NOAH Jnr Heavyweight Tag League before the NOAH UK office could even get an announcement of their own out! However it came to light from the NOAH UK office that Zack not only would be going to Japan to participate in the Nippon TV Cup Jnr Heavyweight Tag League, he would also be staying in Japan to train with the NOAH dojo and wrestle for NOAH and Kensuke Office for the next three months. But before Zack could fly out to Japan, Taiji Ishimori, his scheduled partner, received an unfortunate injury that would take him out of action and see him replaced with K-DOJO student Taishi Takizawa as Zack's new partner.Making his NOAH Japan debut on the 16th of July and spending the rest of the month taking part in the Jnr Heavyweight Tag League, Zack and Takizawa meshed and did well as a team, defeating Michinoku Pro's Kenou & Kenbai and the AAA team of Jack Evans & Aerostar, but lost to freelancers Tatsuhito Takaiwa & Osamu Namiguchi and the current GHC Jnr Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, KENTA & Yoshinobu Kanemaru. Their loss to the Tag Champs on the last day of the Block stage meant that they did not advance to the finals. Zack was also given opportunity to wrestle on on NOAH's big Kenta Kobashi return show, as well as take place in the opener of NOAH's 11th Year Anniversary Show.In his time in Japan, zack got to be in the ring with and against such legends and former GHC Heavyweight Champions like Kenta Kobashi, Kensuke Sasaki, Akira Taue & Takeshi Morishima. He also got the opportunity to wrestle the best of NOAH's Jnr Division including names such as KENTA, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Kotaro Suzuki, Atsushi Aoki, Yoshinari Ogawa, Ricky Marvin, Taiji Ishimori & Katsuhiko Nakajima. Zack not only shared the ring with the best NOAH had to offer, but he was given a spot on the massive All Together Charity Show that featured the combined rosters of NOAH, NJPW, AJPW and other freelancers in front of 17,000 fans! As well as wrestling the big names of Japan, he was also fortunate enough to wrestle in such legendary and historic venues like Korakeun Hall and Nippon Budokon as well as NOAH's home venues like Differ Ariake and Osaka's Prefecture Gymanasium #2 on NOAH's big shows. As per any gaijin without massive name value on his first NOAH tour, he spent the majority of his time in Japan staring at the lights. Out of 39 matches in three months, he lost 33 of them. Out of those 6 wins, he was directly for 4 of those victories tho. He was involved in some lengthy matches, the longest being a Six-Man on a Kensuke Office show on the 3rd of August as 22 minutes 24 seconds, the shortest being a 4 minute 51 second decimation by Kensuke Sasaki himself. Zack may have experienced wrestling in front of the largest audience in his life when 17,000 fans packed up Nippon Budokan for the massive All Together charity show.Out of his 39 matches only 11 were taped but from those 11 matches you can see Zack's enthusiasm for wrestling in Japan, and even how the audience took to him, giving him streamers in a few matches. Zack was able to show off his British wrestling mat skills, his crafty armbars and his hard kicks and while still a young gaijin in NOAH, he was able to show himself off a little. I know that I was impressed and I hope that the NOAH office were impressed enough to invite him back for a second tour. Make sure you see Zack when you next get opportunity as it's unknown how much of his time will be spent in England these days....If you want to know where you can next see him, he'll be in Scotland of the weekend 21-23rd, wrestling Noam Dar on the Friday for Pro Wrestling Elite and competing in PBW's King Of Cruisers at Maximum Impact on the Saturday. The week after there's an English dream match and potential MOTYC against Jack Gallagher at GPW on Friday the 4th of November, and then facing long time partner Marty Scurll for New Scene Wrestling on the Sunday. He'll make his IPW:UK return November 27th as he teams with Scurll to face Matt & Nick Jackson, The Young Bucks.
