shep
Did Pete Townsend ever release his book? Â Cap doffed. Â Marvin Gaye's life was fascinating, I strongly recommend Divived Soul - The Life Of Marvin Gaye by David Ritz
Paid Members martyngnr Posted January 17, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted January 17, 2011 Watch You Bleed (the GNR story) is the best GNR bio. It wouldn't be difficult though. In comparison to "The Band That Time Forgot" it is a great book. Truthfully it's another one full of ridiculous, basic errors (not just about GNR but other bands too). The guy gets Axls date of birth wrong. You think he might have researched that. Â It amused me that the first printing run even managed to spell the authors name wrong on the cover! The Reverend
I'm going to have to say The Dirt too - awesome read, in fact I may re-visit it very soon. I also enjoyed Star Man by Micheal Francis (This usually pops up in the bookshop The Works for around
