Members of the Hart family wrestled with the sudden, tragic death of Chris Benoit yesterday. Legendary wrestler Bret Hart had to stop and compose himself often when talking fondly of a man considered his brother and friend. "I don't know the details, and I'm not sure I even want to know," said Hart, just hours after learning of the discovery of Benoit's body -- along with those of his wife and son -- in his suburban Atlanta home. "He was like a family member to me, and everyone in my family is taking it real hard. "It's almost like reliving the whole Owen (Hart) death over again." At a young age, Benoit, an Edmonton native, became a standout among many wrestling prospects who trained in the famed 'dungeon' basement of the Hart family's home in Calgary. "Chris was always one of the good guys -- a straight guy and a hard-working guy," Hart said. "When you list off all the qualities of someone like Benoit, he had a lot of integrity and was a good, family man." "He was really respected and really loved by everybody."

its a tough place for them to be in... on the one hand you have a guy who was worshiped and respected by every fan and wrestler in the world and busted his ass for his profession for twenty years... on the other hand you have a man who has apparently just killed his wife and young son and then himself...It's all well and good to say what they should be doing right now but whoever makes any decision is going to be wrong by someone... I don't envy who has to make them calls...

Don't know if it's been posted but FOX news is reporting on this... the way that channel seems to be run give it about half an hour and they will be back to the story... Nothing new really... Just some footage of police outside his house...

Fear not those of little faith... Buy a ticket and I shall run a Triple X show in the daytime at my usual venue (across the road from the Skydome) on this day... So when this one goes down the shitter you can still have a day out in lovely Coventry and see some wrestling for your trouble...First the MPW revival and now this... Someone wants wrestling in Coventry to die...

Triple X Wrestling is involved?OK...I am the ONE and ONLY representative for all dealings with Triple X and I was not contacted in connection with this project at all...An U23 title sounds like a great idea and I would love to send some of Triple X's young and unknown talent in to represent us...I have not yet been contacted with any plans and sure as hell am not involved in any "conspiracy"...Ridiculous...

I bought the Fat Albert movie cuz i remember watching it on the Fun Factory as a lad and because i'm a mark for Kenan who plays Albert.Fun film... strange how much it's aimed at kids since anyone who remember the kids show must be at least 20 by now....Cosby cameo!I'd give it three ~ out of five.
