I sure as Hell didn't expect Roman Reigns to get namechecked during the fight.

Oh that sounds amazing.Â

I will obviously impress you all with the fact that I was mentioned in the acknowledgements section of the first printing of Warhammer 40,000, Rogue Trader.
Â
I was counted in the official world top 100 players in second edition.
Â
By that I mean I came 96th out of 100 in the international tournament.
Â
I am mainly into the books/lore these days, but I have put together a 1000pt Marines army (Alpha Legion loyalists).

Is that the new Mike Flanagan one? Saw Rahul Kohli mention it on social media and made a very bad mental note to watch it, then forgot what it was called!
Yes thats the one. My wife loves his work and knowing how much I love Poe she reminded me it was on.Â
-
Just finished 'The Fall of the House of Usher' on Netflix.Â
I really enjoyed it. Fairly mild horror with loads of Poe references. Great for me.

I don't mind the US version, but the UK one is far superior.

I'm gutted I'm so skint, I'd love to see this gig. I've seen Manics before (back in 1999), but not Suede.

Some very sinister posts.

Edit: sorry forgot to add, but as someone who works in local government, if you think the cuts in the last 13 years or so have been bad, wait until you see the next couple of years. Absolutely crippling.
Got to echo this. Its very worrying.

I'd rather glass than seeing someone, seemingly try to paralyse himself, every week.Â
They could have skipped that spot altogether and the match would have still been excellent. Looked to me like Christian for some reason, was having trouble lifting Darby up for a suplex.
Yes. That was what I was joking about.Â

Christian Cage is one of the safest hands that's ever wrestled and even HD couldn't make that steps spot look anything but a license to cripple. Â I dunno if they were originally going for a suplex onto the top of it but it was too far away from the ring, but both those bumps onto the steps were ridiculous. Â Very cool but I'd be happy to never see anyone do that again to be honest.
At least they didn't use real glass.

Darby is learning from Sting, in as much as every fucker turns on him

Much like the introduction of the Trios Title, they should create a Four-Man Tag Title just for these great lads. Maybe even Five-Man title with the fifth belt going on the shoulder of Jay White’s Cardboard Cutout.
Bang bang gang 4 life.
Fuck me. Trios titles, defended Freebird style with the opponents picking the 3. Someone picks the cutout. 😆Â

I have several autistic family members, on both my parents sides. It's been talked about with doctors that I may be slightly on the spectrum too, but I chose not to pursue a diagnosis as even if I was it wasn't to the level where it seemed to give me any struggles (my depression did that enough XD) and I figured that time would be spent better on other people.
Â
First time I've ever actually mentioned that to people.
Well, after posting this last year I looked into it more and more after the words of encouragement from the lovely folks on here (and thanks to those who reached out, meant a lot). Various unofficial tests and whatnot, anything I could find. Everything comes back saying ASD is likely (well, words to that effect).
Yesterday I decided I'm going to start the process of getting diagnosed one way or another. Maybe I'm autistic, maybe I'm not but knowing may really help me understand myself.
Â
2 people, besides my wife, know about this. 1 said 'yeah, sounds right', the other 'I knew it'.

Decent episode. I enjoyed the women's match more than expected, and oddly the ending made me want to see Julia Hart and Brodie King Vs Sky Blue and Willow Nightingale.
Main event was pretty good too.

Last night my wife's cousin won a meat raffle in the pub.

I was speaking purely about his power and how people view it. I'm sure as Hell not passing any judgement about how hard either hit - I'm fairly certain both could KO me with little more than a sneeze.

He probably still wins but runs a greater risk of getting clobbered by a man who is capable of sparking any human on the planet if he connects with their chin.
In fairness they said the same about Wilder.

I love that dance scene. But I'm an arts wanker.

Also, a wanker.

My sister messaged me this morning to tell me her eldest son is now into DnD, and Warhammer40k.Â
I don't think she expected me to offer to share my Warhammerplus account with him.
I'm so cool.

'Coke and a salute' is one of the greatest things I have ever read. Fucking Hell.

I always enjoyed Friends. When the first series started I was totally on board with Chandler as the funniest one, but as it went by I began to love the little bits of physical comedy from Ross. I think while Perry was the funniest 'joker', Schwimmer had better instincts for comedy, he knew when an understated look was funnier than a quip or a big face pull.Â
