  1. Got three footy bets:Leeds Sheff Utd Yeovil Gretna Villa DrawFulham DrawVilla, Fulham, Arsenal - Under 2.5 goals.

O'Shea + 2.5 to beat BarnyVeitch +2.5 to beat AdamsBoth games going over 7 sets.

Had Veitch won just won one more set, both of those would have come in. Veitch was 2-0 up as well, then lost the next fucking 5.
  2. The set bet came in, but Hanvidge lost 5-3.

Just saw that he was 2-0 up in the game, and also had the chance to level the sets when it was 4-3. :( Stupid shit.Todays bets:O'Shea + 2.5 to beat BarnyVeitch +2.5 to beat AdamsBoth games going over 7 sets.
  3. Klassen at 1/3 is not worth the risk at all, IMO. Im staying clear of betting him at that price.Hanvidge has beaten Co Stompe and the much favoured number 4 seed Whitlock. To be fait, Whitlock played shit, but a wins a win. Greatbatch has done OK, but nothing great, and he really shouldnt go any further in the competiton. You can get Hanvidge for 4/5, which seems a good price.Might double that up with:Klassen vs Hogan - Over 7 sets (10/11)A

  4. Blackburn vs Man Utd:- Over 2.5 goals- Over 2.5 bookingsThis seems to me like a 2-1 game, probably in Man Utd's favour.

Well, got the bookings correct. Thought I was going to be in the money when it was 1-1 at HT. My acc. for the Prem:ArsenalAston Villa/West Ham DRAWBirminghamFulhamLiverpoolBlackburnChelsea
  5. Not quite sure how the Wigan/Arsenal game will go tonight. Ive already put a fiver on Wigan to win either half, at evens.

Thankfully this one came through for me, which meant Im up on todays betting.Going to put my winnings from this bet on tommorows game, with Blackburn to win either half.
  6. Some stats on Wigan/Arsenal:- Wigan havent conceded one goal in the entire Carling Cup this year.- Arsenal have only conceded two, and they were both in the last round.- Van Persie, probably the best player whose played in the cup games, is out injured.- Theres been 30 goals in the 11 games at Wigan in the Prem.

  7. Any NBA tips for tonight, anyone? Not quite sure how the Wigan/Arsenal game will go tonight. Ive already put a fiver on Wigan to win either half, at evens.Anyone have any educated guesses as to whether this will be a high scoring game, or a tight game (bearing in mind its the first leg of two).Either way, high scoring or not, I feel its a score draw.

  8. Put a quid on this for tommorow:Draw - Sunderland Draw - Fulham Tottenham I know its a long shot, but if it does work out, I get around 30+ quid back. In these games, the outsiders always play their hearts out in the first half, so Im hoping for them do keep Sun and Fulham to draws at HT.

  9. Also:Blackburn 2/5Sheff Utd 4/7Charlton 10/11Hearts 8/15Inverness 1/5I was going to bet against Sheff Utd. Cant remember why I didnt. All the papers were talking about how Colchester were very good value, due to the fact Utd's manager himself said hes fielding a weak side, and they shouldnt be favs.Oh well, only my Villa bet came through.

  10. I've also put a bet on no premiership teams to be eliminated @ 28/1

Seems like a nice bet so far.

DoncasterAston VillaArsenalWiganBarnsleyBlackburnChelseaMan CityNewcastleLiverpoolMan UTottenham = 58/1

    Doncaster lost. :(

If Liverpool put out a B-Team, then maybe Luton have a chance at an upset. 10/3 for a draw or 13/2 for a Luton win.Villa are just under evens to beat Hull. That seems VERY nice. Hull are 17th in the Championship, lost 3 of their last 5 games, drew 1 and won 1. Villa arent going to play a second string side (they probably will leave out of few players), combined with being in-form, seems very generous.

Seems like my tip about Pool has been decent....so far.Villa came through for me, as well.

    ArsenalBlackburnChelseaMan CityNewcastleMiddlesbroughSheff UtdHibernianRangersLinfield

Boro screwed you over. I never bet on Boro, ever. They are way too inconsistant, and always seem to screw me over, so even against a non league side I decided against backing them.

    Aston VillaBlackburnCheltenhamYeovilMacclesfield

Macclesfield got hammered, Chelt drew. :( Also put on another acc., but fucking Birmingham screwed it up. 0-0!? To bloody Torquay!? Would of won 20 quid from a 2 quid bet had they won. :(
  11. If Liverpool put out a B-Team, then maybe Luton have a chance at an upset. 10/3 for a draw or 13/2 for a Luton win.Villa are just under evens to beat Hull. That seems VERY nice. 12. Had an acc. for there to be under 3 goals, 25-45pts in bookings, and corners to be under 10. Got the first 2 correct, but not the corners. :angry:Anyone have any good football sites which show things like how many corners were there in a game?

  13. Surely theres something to look at for the Man City/Spurs game. Its the 4th game in 9 or 10 days, which must say something. Whether that means there will be loads of goals, or no goals, Im not sure.Spurs to be winning at HT and FT, doubled with exactly 3 goals gives 21/1 odds. May chuck a fiver on that.PS, how come you all win on the bets that you dont post here beforehand, but the ones you do give tips on mostly lose? ;)

  14. 2:25 Leopardstown - Harchibald would have won imo at Punchestown a month ago if Carberry hadnt have been a tool and tried to take him up the inside of McCoy, nearly going through the running rail in the process. Since then Harchibald has won at Cheltenham and that day Carberry moved past Intersky Falcon with Harchibald still on the bridle. If Carberry can repeat that today he should have no problem overturning the form with Brave Inca.

That came 2nd, did it not? Lucky I got some of the cash back with an E/W bet. :sly:

WiganSheff UtdNottingham ForestNice little treble for the weekend.

Still confident with that bet pal? If so, may chuck some cash on it.
You backed an odds on shot each way?
Yeah. I dont bet on horses at all, so thought Id do that. :p Worked out OK, though, didnt it? Would have won jack shit if Id put it all on winning. Least this way I got some of it back.
  15. My advice for the weekend:Wigan, at home to Blackburn, are just better than evens to win. That looks a very nice bet.Bolton, away at Man Utd, at 7/1. Old Trafford isnt what it used to be, and Man Utd losing to Bolton isnt that much of a long shot. 7/1 seems very generous.Man City, away to the inconsistent Boro, at 8/5 seems very nice. Im going to bet an acc. on Wigan/Man City/Chelsea/Liverpool, which works out at near 8/1.
