Fuck it, get that belt on Sami at the Rumble.Â
My feelings on the Zayn situation is for him not win Rumble or headline WM. Give him the win at MITB then have the bloodline keep at him to give it them so he can be a lifetime member of the line and have KO and others keep chirping away at him to cash it in on Roman leading to Summerslam and Sami finally "seeing the light" after the main event and cashing in ona worn down Roman to protect Reigns too
The promos you could do with the Usos and Heyman been overly nice to him in build up would be great

Just seen the original Sheik’s book for sale. Anyone read itÂ

Before his death Bobby Eaton would have been the golden envelope answer to this or possibly Ricky Steamboat

Someone was going to lose an I Quit match by grabbing the microphone and saying, "I'm going to make you say 'I Quit'", and then losing because they just said it.Â
That's genius and needs doingÂ

The Shield are easily the best modern faction in terms of impact and success. I do slightly disagree with the idea they would have made it regardless, Ambrose in particular i don't think would have ended up WWE Champion if not for the faction, but i agree the PG era did them a poor service, they would have killed it even more in the early 00's.
Their entrance was always so cool, I was in my twenties when they debuted but i could image how a 12 year old me would have reacted to that intro.
I always liked the Rollins heel turn because everyone was convinced it was going to be Ambrose, it's nice when wrestling surprises you in the modern age.
Â
Also seem to recall the crowd going batshit crazy for The Shield v Wyatt Family match, I can't remember the show but I think it was near the start.
Â
Maybe Vince's last great success?Â
2014 Elimination Chamber. Crowd going this is awesome before Wyatts even entered ring. Should have held it back to WM though for me for first match for a bigger reaction

Not thread related but I’m not a person who votes for a party or a leader, nor am I a voter who blindly votes for any party. I am of the view that I vote for the candidate that I think has the best plans and support for my constituency. Over the years I have voted for all 3 parties. But there is no way I could ever vote Labour again after what it has done to my town and the cover ups it did in order to protect abusers instead of victims. I’m from Rotherham and the council and mps allowed systematic abuse of children so I would vote for anyone except themÂ
plus I could never vote for a party who had that idiot in charge from 2015-20
back to thread.

Off to bathe in bleach to atone.
I may vote for the blues on occasion but for once I’ll agree with the motto ‘fuck the tories’ (well, just this one)

Utter madness

disco match so play classical, gotta love brit wres in the 70's
there is a little easter egg there though in the videos that appear after. Its Big Daddy getting pinned by Kendo in a match. Never seen Daddy "pinned" before

I want to see the 23 that didn't make the packaging.

"You've finally found Mr Wright!"
If they're still making these, I'm available...

IF Lynn can work a short match then having him trying to break up a post match break down that the JAS is involved in and Jericho berating him on the mic as a failed old champion (bit like the WM storyline) could give a little month long storyline and a short match on Dynamite when in Minneapolis
That's if Lynn can still work

A match I didn't know I needed to see, but absolutely do. Especially as it was filmed in front of a Chicago crowd that's likely to buy into it.

I still have fond memories of Barnsley.
Hottest day of the year. Watching (in the arena) England losing the footie. Main event (Corino vs Doug Williams) comes on at just gone midnight and is announced as a 'one hour time limit'. Me and my mate were like 'Yeah this is going an hour' and left.
Apparently it went 45 minutes because even Doug and Corino were like 'Fuck this!'
That was the show with that Scottish prick trying to wind the england fans up watching the game and me and a mate ended up discussing Barnsley Bitter with Jimmy Snuka when we bumped into him outside a side door.
But yeah it went 45 and was dog shit boring

Might be his only run but JBL comes to mind here. Really evolved into the character and had a good run as cowardly champ
Bad one would be RVDs WWE reign, pulled the trigger on him way too late then he blew it. Know he was only down for a caretaker run as WWE champ (according to his PS interview) but should have had a good run with the ECWWE beltÂ

Having now seen the full show, nowhere near enough people are talking about William Regal being the greatest signing in the history of this company.
The exponential flirting with Excalibur. Describing Danielson as trying to, "twist the melon," of Hangman Page. Calling himself an original raver from 88, "well known for a disco biscuit." Howling!
He's the best. I pray it wasn't his contract Hunter was tampering with.
"im English, i can get away with it"
