that makes me want to watch TNA for the first time in ages.

TLC is Smackdown - Styles / Ambrose main eventWhen's Raw next on PPV after Survivor Series? Have they got TLC or Roadblock?
I ask because I really want the main event to be Rollins & Reigns vs Owens & Jericho in a tag match, but with the title on the line.
Do it so if Seth or Roman pins either opponent they get the gold, Jericho can't win it he can only defend on behalf of his best friend. Lots of fun angles to work there.

Challenge should pull the plug on showing them and give the spot to Rojit and the boys

What's the one where you see Andre the Giant walking next to the River Thames, talking to somebody I don't recognise, across from the Houses of Parliament all about? You see that on a few releases.
That's a very late November 86 ep of Primetime (it's on the network). The interviewer is a fella named Gary Davey. I would love to know who he is.
Gary Davey was one of the guys who set up Sky originally. Might be him doing a spot of reporting?

Yeahhhh I can easily see now that you say that weeks of Jericho going "they don't like you, huh Reigns? you're not the guy you were meant to be, huh Reigns? you angry, Reigns? You angry?" as most of the crowd continue to piss on Reigns and cheer Jericho.
That just makes me think of Stewie in Family guy asking Brian about writing his book

Vince hates Jeff Jarrett and made it clear when he bought WCW. But the expansion of The Club would be interesting.
Jarrett's a carny but he did say in an interview that Vince was one of the first people to phone him after his wife passed away. Vince might have been pissed that Jarrett jumped to WCW but I don't think it's Randy Savage level hatred.
Besides Jarrett did fuck all wrong really.
That was because WWE really diminished his value after his WCW and ECW runs though. Main Eventer or not, there's no way that he was a bigger star in TNA than when he was mixing it up with Goldberg, DDP, Benoit, etc in WCW.Raven? He was a main eventer for years, getting shows over here a lot and in the public eye for a number of years through TNA. Really built him up after his WWE run.
Apart from Jeff stitching Vince up for a reported £100K to drop the IC belt to Chyna as he was out of contract before he left

He did. He had Power Rangers as well. Sold knock off Power Rangers at the table as well, to all the kids. All Star wrestling was a car boot sale first and wrestling promotion second.I bet Dixon had some wrestling turtles in the 90s for All Star.
i used to be a power ranger for dixon... yay good times
Didn't Brookside say he used to be a Ranger too in "The Wrestling"

The one with Flair will probably be Brian Pillman. He used to play for Cincinatti Bengals and wore the colours on his trunks for a while in WCW

it wasn't a shoot but he was interviewed out of character for the Fab four video which is a tidy little release

That's awesome, Taker's music on the piano sounds even more haunting. Bit like Mankinds closing theme

is that from PWI?

Looks like that to me - must be a Phil Collins fanWhat the hell does that tattoo with the hearts say?
I'm reading "No better plan" which would be unintentionally hilarious given the length and quality of his run as a play-by-play commentator.
Looks like it's saying two hearts are no better than one.
Or something

Meanwhile... this is bizarre. WCW snow battle royal from 1999, with the most eclectic array of entrants. Top stuff!
quality tuneage for booker t and Konnan

Saw an absolute shedload of WrestleMania statistics via Reddit today. One that really stood out is that only 17 men have won the main event (last match):
Hogan, Mr. T., Savage, Warrior, Hart, Taylor, HBK, Taker, Austin, HHH, Rock, Lesnar, Benoit, Batista, Cena, Miz, Bryan
You got to remember than Hogan dominated the first 8 Wrestlemanias, winning 6 of them (1,2,3,5,7 and 8)
and 9 if you count the Yoko "match" at the end

I'd go all the way with Rusev. Have him beat Cena at Mania, challenge Reigns at Survivors then do Cena - Rusev for the belt at the Rumble.
Make it that, when he finally loses, its for something significant. Cant buy Cena wanting the US title when they make so much of him been a gadzillion time world champion.
If he loses to Cena at Mania, then what? challenge for the US belt again and who would Cena drop the US belt to if not Rusev. Just ends his streak for the purpose of a good old USA win at Mania over the commie Red
That said if they drag Ivan Koloff out to do training videos with him ala Nikita Koloff vs Flair at the GAB then im up for it

1991 was pretty edgy stuff. Snake biting, Sherri more or less sucking the Warrior off, people getting put in coffins, war exploitation and the Mountie getting bummed in prison. There was a definite sense they were going in a more edgier direction. I wonder if they'd have got a bit more over the top if there wasn't a thousand scandals hitting them around the same time.
What!? I was 4 in 91, so I've definitely forgotten about this, but this needs some explanation
