They'd be more effective if they were allowed to do something rather than stand there with the riot shields. No one is afraid of them which isn't the way it should be? How can you keep law and order when no one shows you respect?

You won't agree with this but surely it's now time to let them fight back? There is no way they could be sued for police brutality after all this provocation.

Can you really see the kids taking responsibility and learning a lesson from this? If anything, being involved in this is improving their "street cred."

Unfortunately the real world doesn't work in the same way as films like Dangerous Minds. Like you, I'd love to be able to talk to them and get them to see the errors of their ways but, as you can surely see, that is impossible.

Exactly. Of course it's awful if you're involved but you can't deal with these situations through pure anger and emotion. It needs to be thought through objectively.

The rumor (and I can't stress that word enough) is that the family are saying that the police killed Duggan and then planted a bullet on the officer.

I don't know about that you know all you have to do is walk up to one of these people give them a hug tell them it's not their fault and they are a good person really and then they will skip happy away go home and probably set up a charity organisation for orphaned puppies.

Do you really think Haye could sell a rematch? He was jabbed to death and only had 2 bits of offence. His broken toe was laughed off by Mcguigan after the fight. Klitschko will make a fair bit whoever he fights next so I can't see either of them being bothered with Haye as he's been shown to be a league below them.

Klitschko is as much a draw in the UK as Haye is in Germany. Which means that he isn't. That's not going to change, regardless of how many times Wladimir beats Haye.

Haven't seen it posted but Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 is official for Nov 12th in Vegas.

 

Would love to see Marquez finally beat Pacman but I can't see it. Marquez is close to 40 and while he's still having great fights he's not in his prime anymore and Pacquiao is on fire. A couple of years ago I'd have gave Marquez a decent shot but I can see Pac beating him more clearly this time.

 

Should be a good fight though the first 2 were wars and I can't see Marquez letting it go like the Mosley fight did.

I got dragged to see Scream 4 yesterday. It was fucking terrible. Wes Craven is a cunt, wasting his fucking time lining his already massively overlined pockets profiting from this shit. The world didn't need Screams 2 and 3, it sure as fuck didn't need 4.

 

It wasn't scary, it didn't make me jump once, it wasn't funny, it was practically the fucking same as the first three, and the acting was terrible (Emma Roberts was TERRIBLE, absolutely utterly awful) - although I agree with Sev's opinion on Hayden Panettiere, she put in a performance that was way too creditable for this shit. And yeah, her hair was stupid.

 

An utter waste of time beyond making a load of money.

It is awful. My missus dragged me to go and see it but I still don't know what I've done to upset her.
