Austin came up with it on a message he left on Christian's answer phone. Basically Austin was driving along and was bored so phoned Christian and got his machine, so he started describing what he saw. He said something like 'I just drove by a signpost... What? I said a signpost' and then continued working on it from there. He tells that story on the 'What?' DVD.

Depends what timeframe you want. Late 80s/Early 90s he used a move called Air Pillman, which was a Springboard Clothesline.

Neidhart fought The Sandman to a double disqualification at November To Remember '93.

As in the same promotion that used to be on Live TV? That was the UWA right? If they're still going, then I'm specifically asking for the last champions that were shown on TV.
-
Who were the UWA's last set of champions?

According to one shoot interview I heard, he was invited to Japan to wrestle for some company after he had killed Brody. It was a front for the Yazuka who wanted to kill him for killing Brody, he caught wind of the plan though and hightailed it straight out of the country.
Funny you should say that, a friend of mine linked me to this just the other day. http://www.wrestlinggonewrong.com/video/ma...z_kneedrop.htmlSo Invader #1 stabbed Bruiser Brody. What was the motive? And, in all these years, has noone tried to take even a small measure of revenge?

All three men were not in the match all the way through though, correct? It started off as a regular match for fifteen minutes before turning into a three-way and one of the participants, (Sabu?) was taken to the back because of an injury at some point in the contest.
At a very tight stretch. As detailed in Turning The Tables (shill, follow link below, shill) it was the first singles match in the US where all three men were in the ring at the same time AND it could end via pinfall.* The first triangular match was in the late 1900s with people from three different styles of wrestling in a round-robin series.* Smoky Mountain had done a round robin series a few months earlier. Both Smoky Mountain and Mid-South had done multi-team matches.* There had been three-ways in Mexico and Canada.* The first US match to have three guys in the ring at the same time was in 1977 with Fritz Von Erich, Bruiser Brody and The Sheik, but elimination was by bodyslam only.ECW, The Night The Line Was Crossed. Was this the first ever 3-Way Dance?

RIM is still around, its just that no one ever posts anything there. At least not on the forums open to everyone, grumble.

Alright, bit of a strange one. During the Attitude Era, RAW is WAR was the name of the first hour and the second hour was called The Warzone. Post 9/11 they simply became RAW and RAW Zone. Now I know why the shows were split into two seperate hour shows and given different names but I'm wondering if it still happens? Even if they don't call it as such on air, do the WWE still portray RAW as two one hour shows back to back to sell their advertising spaces at a higher rate?

Man, Lantern just text me with this. We were actually talking about him in the car on the way into Orpington yesterday, incredibly lame. I'll always remember that time he almost killed that guy with that move.

Wasn't Super Crazy's music... 'Little Crazy' by Fight?

Wouldn't there usually be a time limit of fifteen minutes or so, so that if no decision was rendered the explosion would happen following a countdown, giving the wrestlers plenty of time to prepare themselves/fall to the mat? I may be confusing FMW with IWA:Japan though.
Simple...DIRECTOR: "You, Pyro Guy; when I say 'now', you push that big red button. You two wrestlers, when you hear me say 'now', keep your fucking heads down!"Seriously, they're low-powered pyro charges, with plenty of whichever chemicals it is they mix in for a good flash and a plume of smoke (magnesium, I think and..?). As for the wrestlers, they just take 'em.Now my question - Can anyone explain how the FMW explosions were done? They look impressive - was it not dangerous to these explosions right on the wrestlers?
-
Yeah, they did them a number of times. IIRC, the Final Nitro was one. Or at least held at venue with a pool in it. Also, I'm sure one of the Spring Break Nitros had Rey Mysterio Jnr challenging Ric Flair for the World Title, which included a Flair Flop into a pool.

The best bit of that whole interview is the race between Punk and Corino to get to the mic first to say 'Don't hate, appreciate!'

1. Its random, can be anywhere from a week to a number of months.2. No. The only way to increase a wrestler's happiness is by pushing them up the card, giving them more TV time or hiring people they have positive relationships with. However, if their happiness is under 30, it is very likely to rise up again.

Stone's entrance music is 'Counterfeit God' by Black Label Society and should be available from any P2P site.
Thirded. Also, Martin Stone's track if you please. Finally, if anyone has the Pompeii/Kill Bill mashup that IPW:UK have been using recently, I'd love a copy.
Me too please! I believe it's called 'Loud and Proud'.Anyone able to hook me up with an .mp3 of Andy Simmonz' music?
-
Indeed, it used to be available on a promotion's website, RQW I think, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

That's what I get for trusting Limewire.
-
'Evolution' by Motorhead, I believe.

Mountevans Rules were drawn up by Lord Mountevans and a few other people, they were basically a copy of the American-Catch rules with a few slight differences. They were drawn up after the Second World War, I believe.
-
Darren Burridge and Colt Cabana, I believe.

I still love the fact the commentators didn't realise it was the Curry Man dance.
-
1PW dance off. That's the Curry Man dance. It gets followed by Euroboy doing the Carlton Banks dance from Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Van Hammer's gimmick before joining The Flock was that he was a rock star/into rock music.Raven debut in ECW came about by Stevie Richards constantly saying he was bringing in someone from Tommy Dreamer's past. Stevie alluded to it being Scott Levy by calling him by his old gimmick names but saying that he had found his true self under the guise of Raven. Raven made his debut, cut a promo on Dreamer and hit Stevie Richards. Raven was working in the WWF as Johnny Polo, manager of the The Quebecers and Adam Bomb. He also worked on commentary on the home video releases and worked behind the scenes editting the weekend shows. He was fired/didn't have his contract renewed because Vince didn't like the influence Raven had on his son, Shane.
