You can go back and do all the little missions that you didnt do when you actually went through the game, but other than that, yeah its a sucky end.Creed 2 will have a pretty easy starting point though. Fantastic game, shoddy ending, bit like Shadow of the Collossus.

I've been sucked into watching Eastenders recently and I've decided this thread needs some love for Tanya Branning/Jo Joyner. She's not exactly my type so I suspect it's the character that really makes it but she's not hard on the eye, by any means...

Assassins creed is possibly the best game of 2007.Imagine Prince of Persia, but 10,000X better, with lots of blood, guts and drool worthy graphics.

Man that sounds incredible. I've been putting off buying it because I still have lots (and lots) of games to finish, I am really tempted though.

I've seen nothing but disappointed reviews for this game. I think I'll rent before making a decision.This week I have been mostly playing Boom Boom Rocket, Pacman Championship Edition, Halo 3 and the Burnout Paradise demo. Gems, every one.Burnout Paradise is so fast and detailed, my eyes nearly fell out of my head. There's times (actually, pretty much all the time) when there's nothing you can do but react to something that happened milliseconds before. It's quite the adrenaline rush. Having the freedom of a city to tear around in, with non-compulsory, user-triggered "event" races, rather than jumping from on preset race track to the next is very refreshing.I think the full version may need to be purchased when it's out.

I found the Burnout demo a bit tricky in the races - you are going so fast with lots of trafic and need to see which turn to take at a junction? Made life difficult.I do love the webcam integration though!

Last time I played (not sure which difficulty, but above normal anyway) I ran out of tranq darts after half an hour and had to finish him with the knockout cigarettes. I am awesome.

I do like the look of that Beauty and the Beast unit. 5 new bosses that are all women. nasty horrible evil women.They are describe as 5 women who suffer from post traumatic stress, and the only well they can get through it is to become war machines.From everything i read last night, and what i know from past games ive come to this.In MGS4 Snakes hell bent on 'Erasing his DNA from the world' and in the trailers its going on about being snakes final chapter. Snake ends with MGS4 there WILL be a 5th (its says so in snake eater, not sure if it was on the subsistance disks only though.) And RAIDEN will be the main character for the 5th. RAIDEN is SNAKE(BIG BOSS) and EVA's son.so there.Raiden made it into that chair after all! (if you've seen the funny trailer you'll know what i'm on about)

Currently running around after The End in MGS3.Again.

The old fucker? Easy. Either:-1) Snipe him in his wheelchair earlier in the game out side Ponizovje Warehouse straight after a cutscene, or...2) Save during the fight with him, reset the PS2, pop the machine's clock forward a week or so and reload your save. He'll have died of old age. I'm not kidding.Also, try to capture his parrot. You can eat it later. :DApart from the occasional burst of Vice City Stories before I chuck my PS2 to make way for the 360 I'm still waiting for, all I'm playing 'round here is Space Commando, which is the fun little on-rails 3D shooter that came on my LG Viewty phone. It's a pretty neat way to pass a dull commute.
